Maybe in the opinion of one. But Cal is generally accepted to be the best public university. It certainly is if you go by Nobel laureates. Cal has more than anyone but Harvard. And, as you recently discovered, our football team isn't that bad either.
For fans this is a great Bowl game experience,better than the Cotton and Fiesta.
