The best upgrade to Redwood this model year is the addition of the Firefly control system. All lights dimmable, control of the coach from anywhere in the world, Auto-Gen start, and the network diagnostics/fault reporting are some of the features gained by including the Firefly system. The user experience will be totally enhanced with that addition!!
At this price point, I'd expect it to come with a washer, dryer, dishwasher, and generator. Would prefer a half bath so that guests don't have to walk through the bedroom. Also wish the peninsula had a tower of power.
I own this model 2022. Mine is identical. If anyone is interested in this model the iN·Command system is connected to the leveling system so when trying to hitch up you use the phone app and control the front leveling jacks up and down so you can hitch and not have to use the leveling control panel inside the storage. My only complaint is I wish it had a half bath. There’s room for it for sure since the living room and kitchen especially are massive

Those of us who have cats, which is a lot of us, need that space. It could be used for other things, but just a spot somewhere. I'd love to see a half bath and washer/dryer. Hi Matt and Wil! Nice Redwood fifth wheel. My dislikes are the tie to tue up the door going in. The learning Jack bottom you have go under the door to open where the button is and hold it in order to push the button. Don’t like there not bring a half bath for guest to stay and go in. They’ll have to use the master bath. My likes are the living room the counter space, the master bathroom. Thank you Matt and Wil for showing this fifth wheel. Very nice!
Love the living room. Hate that you have to go through the bedroom to get to the ONLY bathroom. A lot of traffic through the master considering it has sleeping for four in the rear.
I like the idea of free standing chairs at the table to allow for moveable seating. My preference is for the bath to be between the bedroom and entry. I’m a fan of no 1/2 bath. This is an exceptional RV! The backsplash/wall treatments are top notch. Stainless steel behind the stove makes for easier cleaning. Well done!
Time to start a new qualification for all RVs starting at the Tampa show. The counter top, can you cook a full meal with the space you have, exploding stove top and sink covers. Keep track of each type of RV passes. End of the year you can say the motorhome, fifth wheel or travel trailer has the most counter top space of 2023 and each year after that. I've been watching the channel since there were 45,000 subscribers and Matt was selling RVs. I remember the RV Matt sold to five2gi.
Thats a party RV -company company company You gotta have a 1/2 bath. I wouldn't want ppl walking through my bedroom and going into my personal space to use the toilet. LOL I can just see a sleep over guest walking thru the bedroom at 2am to take a poop right next to my bed. 100% deal breaker!!

When the manufacturer includes them, that's frequently how much they'll bump up the MSRP on them. Like with a lot of options you can get cheaper 3rd party, so are paying for not having to shop.

Love everything but I don’t want someone who is staying with us going thru the bedroom at night to use the bathroom. Put the bathroom in the center so no one is disturbed while sleeping, especially if you’re one who awakes easily.

My first like is the paint job, my second like is the living room because it is so spacious an roomy, an my third like is the big master bedroom an bathroom with all the storage an space! Plus the kitchen has a lot of counter space! Living in North Carolina I'm glad this unit has 3 AC units. The one thing that I would add is the electric space heater fireplace to the master bedroom!!!! Your number one fan Leonard from NC!
Just a thought, but... If they put the toilet in the large closet (in the bathroom) the bathroom would seem even larger and it would be the primest of pooping positions. Since the kitchen is so large and well-equipped, you could lose the taco/coffee bar area for a closet in the bedroom.
My guess is the luxury 5th wheel manufacturers were happy to hear that VanLeigh went out of business as it deletes a competitor! This Redwood is a beautiful rig! The living room is my favorite layout, and the size of this one is really nice. I don’t like the wall covering behind the tv or the couches. They look sleek and modern, and I’m just not a fan of the modern minimalist look as it looks cheap to me. The kitchen, bedroom and bathroom are really nice also, but closet seemed a little small. I was also disappointed that there was no half bath or washer and dryer, which are usually standard in luxury units. Hopefully at the Tampa RV show they’ll have a couple of the new tentative floor plans Redwood recently came out with that you can review!

Christmas 2022 in gorgeous Durango, Colorado and it was COLD. Like low teens at night and 30-40's in the day.
No dishwasher. No half bath.Nice tile backsplash and the stainless behind the stove is a good idea.
During Christmas it was 55° here and 65° to 70° in Arizona where I was for Christmas.
