The maker does fanart for the show Gravity Falls (if you haven't seen it, go do it. It's 40 episodes in two seasons.) This is an alternative universe she created as an extension of the show. The character that is singing the song is named Pacifica Northwest. Pacifica and Dipper (aka Dipcifica) is a huge non-canon relationship that has grown into so much more after the show ended. Hamilton is who is represented by Dipper here. "Angelica" represents a previous love interest (Wendy Corduroy) of Dipper during the show's run. This is just placing them as adults in respect to the show, which ended when they were all 13.

well i think hes featured as Hamilton because i see the similarities as when dipper wanted to leave behind mabel back in the scene to work with ford on the suggestion he didn't seem to care until he started thinking about it dipper is a good person in some ways same as Hamilton although hes also done things that hurt others around him
edxen vertigo I mean, the difference is that dipper literally had the opportunity to become a world saver and become one of the greatest contributors to modern science. He would have an education from the smartest person in the world (other than fiddleford, although he also might be a potential teacher for dipper). He didn’t want to leave Mabel behind, he just didn’t want to leave Ford, his friends, arguably the most important 3 months of his life behind.

Hi, yes I love this a whole lot?? Everything about it but let me try to get my thoughts down specifically.
1. The art in general! It's so clean, I love movement and the character designs!! The way it's very true to the source but I could still definitely tell your art from a line-up if asked by the way the lines are drawn. I just love it a whole lot, I could wax poetics about it for hours if given the chance.
2. The colors!! Oh gosh, the way it goes from blue when it gets quiet and then builds to a deep red-tinted purple as the music climbs in intensity towards the end. And the fade to just her eyes and then to pure black as the song fades out! Ahhh, I love it
3. The fire!! The fire at the end had me absolutely stunned, the way it built with the music and then cut out completely was magnificent.
4. The expressions and movements! I'm sure I mentioned this earlier in the comment but goodness me the expressions were so heartfelt and the movement made everything feel so alive!
To sum it up, I just very much enjoyed this and I'm very happy that I was able to watch it and I can't wait to watch it again (though I just finished my third watch already lol)

I feel like Pacifica would be more of a first burn character. Like being with Dipper made her a better person but when he cheated she went back to her evil ways (even though she's one of my favorite characters) I love this though and the art it amazing!
But the Real Dipper would *NEVER* betray her.
This art is absolutely beautiful. I love how all of the characters are obviously older than they are in the show, but you can still instantly recognize who is who. That's just some great character designing right there. Pacifica's expressions in this are perfect, so emotional and angry and beautiful.

Ok, I have just finished gravity falls for the second time and I'm seeing all this grown up character stuff, 2 things: 1. Is this a comic that I can read? (If so where) 2. Is it cannon?
Not her but I can kinda answer this: so she is making a comic on instagram (think she linked it). It isn't necessary hamilton, it's just gravity falls next generation. And technically it isn't official, alex didn't make it or anything like that. Tho it is a pretty dope comic and to be honest would fit quite well as an official thing. It makes a lot of sence something simular to it would indeed happen(to some degree). So not official/canon but it's still an amazing comic!
