Honestly tempted to play Mega Man X in Minecraft - to think how far the game has come. If anything, I’d love to watch a playthrough of it 👍.
I just really hope that the Minecraft Megaman X DLC has some dialogue for the boss Masters. Even though I do not like Minecraft I did see the player years ago playing Minecraft unlikely he's Spider-Man universe something like that and it was good but I would prefer Lego hopefully to bring Megaman X further into capcom's attention to make a brand new X game Lego version could be the second DLC or DLC 4 x 3 or DLC for Megaman X4 or x 6 whichever X title is I just wanted to find all X game to come to fruition even if will be indeed X9 I just want to see it. A New Game Plus for the Legacy Collection and of course the additions to the older versions of the x-series like crouching from Megaman zero and the big mistake that is an X3.
The Minecraft DLC is a very smart move and I agree with what you said. Newer audiences will keep long-lived franchises alive.
I think it should be expected that everyone gets a Dive Armor. It's like the ultimate armor specifically for Dive.
It's very wild that they shadow dropped 2 Megaman X 1 Remakes.
And the non-Capcom developed one is the best one

I do agree that Minecraft and Fortnite are a great way to introduce 'retro' franchises to younger gamers. I don't play Minecraft or Fortnite but it's nice to see Mega Man X being introduced like this.
And vile will soft lock you! To get passed him exit the stage to get hunter base. It would make senses to make mega man legends Minecraft.
Finally... It took a decade but we finally have it.

Ironically, this dlc is first of its kind where we can play megaman x in the 3rd dimension.
If this is decision Capcom took in order to bring attention for the series to the current generation of children then its a gigabrain move. Perhaps this will eventually pave the way to a resurrection of the series.

First was Sonic the Hedgehog, now Mega Man X!? Awesome! I do played Minecraft for first time back in 2014. I have PC and PS4 version. I will come back and play Minecraft before buying the Mega Man X DLC.

The fact of the matter is they have multiplayer in this and you can face every boss Master with a friend this should have been in the Legacy Collection to begin with.
I've played the Mega Man x Minecraft map before and Storm Eagle's stage is easily the hardest, those platforms are almost impossible to jump on. You have to be so precise and can easily fall through them with the smallest mistake.
Would be icing on the cake if you could create modified stages of the original games in Minecraft. This does look promising as-is, though.

Also, we already have a bunch of Capcom reps in Fortnite so it wouldn't be out of place to put Mega in there, against my better judgement. I mean there was a video that came out last year that paid homage to MVC2 even if it felt like a slap in the face to the FGC at first, and what we eventually got was a limited run cabinet of MVC2 (with other games alongside it). It hurts but at least we nudged it out of its digital prison even just a little.
Crossovers just work, even the most whack ones.
Anyway, I welcome this change cuz I recently joined a server and had some fun here and there.

I honestly don't mind the sheer amount of dive armors, they look cool, star force mega man or model zx would look really cool, plus they could do model a whenever they decide to add characters from zxa
Lego DLC for the X Series something like a new game plus for the Legacy Collection& put the newest stuff into the older titles of the x-series x 1 through 4 the crouching for all playable X characters a better solution in x3 when you are trying to get up to doctor Doppler.
I'm still not sure if I want to get an entire game just for one DLC pack, but if it turns out to be a fun 3D multiplayer MegaMan X experience, then I'm all for it.

@@SaphStrumm Yeah, but not the ones like the Dive Armor characters and the Monster Hunter crossover characters. I'd like to find images of them specifically without any effects. As well as the X armors
None of the special weapons worked for me. Overall this was NOT a fun DLC. I am not happy with my purchase.

Its really annoying how many of the crossovers are in games nowadays is nothing more than just skins(or just an appearance), I really wish there are more crossover like Mario + Rabbids, or something like Starlink(which was a really bad game).
