    I thought "Bleach" was sodium hypochlorite (NaOCl) and not hypochlorous acid which is what HClO is? Wouldn't the conjugate base of HClO be hypocholorite...?

      @@step_zero Many thanks for your quick answer. Some time ago, i saw a video with a similar style also describing ROS synthesis and effect but in a more basic way. Unfortunately, i cant find it on UA-cam anymore. So, I thought that those video was your first approach to this subject. Thanks again

    Do those oxygen dependent killing mechanisms occur in cytoplasm or peroxisomes?
    Are the reactive oxygen species in cytoplasm, mitochondria and peroxisomes the same?
