In the tunnels with the sparrow racing there are consoles with red lights, if you tap those consoles with your sparrow or body they will turn green and a different door will open at the end, follow the path, jump up and you’ll get a hidden raid chest 👍🏽

Some notes for the first encounter:
1. Going on a sparrow makes you invisible on the map.
2. Running while having the ionized debuff makes it go away faster.
For people reading in 2019
Do not use Wisper. It isn't good anymore.
Your best bets are DARCI and Outbreak

If you want the Escape! Encounter chest, which grants random raid items, and a chance at the sparrow and a raid mod, you have to activate buttons on the track. There are 8 in total, and you can activate them by riding your sparrow next to them, or just walking past them. The first button, at the begining of the encounter, on the bottom track, it is on the left. The next 2 are next to each other. At the spinning gate where there is a ramp allowing you to ride your sparrow through the middle, there is one on the top track and one on the bottom. The next two are in the room with the pillars, where in the video he got off of his sparrow and jumped over the debree. If you turn left or right before the jump, on either side there is a route around the debree, each of which has its own button. The next buttons are at a part in which you have to make a jump on your sparrow. They are hard to miss. There is a section after some adds which is after the last buttons. You just have to activate the two buttons. Getting off of your sparrow to not fall off the cliff is advantageous here. The last button is soon after this. You just have to take a ramp off to the right, and if you hug the right wall, then the button will be there. Once again, jump off your sparrow if you have to. Then, in the bottom corner, there is a message saying that a door has opened, in which then, you just go to the end, but instead of opening the door, you keep going to the left, and there is now a new route, previously blocked. You need to keep going on this new section. There is a part in which there is a large jump you must make to keep going. This is difficult to do on a sparrow, so jumping off to do this part helps. Then, just get back on your sparrow and keep going. You will eventually reach an open room. Here you just have to climb as high as possible before the servitor, who is still chasing you, before it enters the room. If you do this, the servitor will fall down a hole, and you just need to keep going up until you see a hole on the wall. Jump through it, and a chest will spawn. If one person opens it, your entire team gets loot. I hope this helped at least somebody, especially since this is the sort of thing that works better in video form.

This and the Leviathan are the 2 things I miss the most
Calling out your buff doesnt work so well if its a LFG and you cant remember voices to names. Ive always just done a triangle with the acronym CAP for the 3 buffs and to orientate yourselves. It works pretty well for groups where communication gets thrown out the window. Heres a little diagram where the buffs are layed out in front of the boss:

This raid is one spreadsheet away from being actual work.
Where as the zero hour puzzle has many spreadsheets, iffy software to help you find the answer which constantly freezes up and requires a refresh to function, has a deadline, and requires you to crunch numbers. Made me feel like it was a 9-5 job lol

I thought all the raids in d1 were really cool. From lore to looks to encounters. But d2 raids just haven't done it for me. I want a memorable experience plus the loot. If it's just about loot I don't care much. In d1 I raided all the time (especially in age of triumph) but in d2 I just can't seem to care. It's like they took something special out of the d2 raids....but I can't describe what or how. 😣 makes me sad....maybe the raid in the penumbra dlc will interest me. Thanks for the guide tho!

D1 raids had some mdchanics, but it wasnt like studying for a test you know? With D2 raids you have to go layer by layer until you understand all the pieces, where as in D1 it was simple as, SHOOT CROTA or Plate 1 is on! - Plate 2 is on - Plate 3 is on! NOW DPS! Or Pick up balls, throw balls, now DPS TIME BABBYYY.
I’ve done the raid 3 times and there are actually 3 colors on the encounter before the final boss. Pink white and blue those three colors are what decides the three buffs you get you can see it again during the final boss fight when you get the three buffs again so the shapes can change you only have to melee the same color for a x2 buff

Just a tip for the raid boss buffs. Get people to go in a triangular formation with Angular(A) to be in the left corner of the triangle, Continuous(C) to go at the top of the triangle and Parallel(P) to go in the right of the triangle. Make sure the triangle formation you stand in is spread apart but people should be able to remain in scope with whispered breathing as it’s not too far to walk and remain scoped in.

For you, my dude. I had the same problem in Y1 and that's why I left until Forsaken. Trust me when I say LFG is your best bet. I highly recommend the official D2 Companion App. The Fireteam Finder is VERY good. The community is great as far as I have experienced during these 3 months and it is VERY easy to use. You may also make some friends along the way to play with. Need a Last Wish? Just look for a fireteam, join and the leader will invite you within a couple of minutes. Or make a recruitment post yourself and set your own power requirements and preferred classes. It will normally take less than 5 minutes to get to the raid with your fireteam. There are more useful features in the app, like getting stuff from other characters, from your vault or from Postmaster, or managing your inventory even if you aren't playing. Hope this helped and good luck! (^-^)

It’s because a lot of games are giving out free dlc nowadays. It’s not worth spending 100$+ when a lot of games are 100% free. Including destiny’s competition. I’m not complaining but it should’ve been free.
the problem with this dlc is not the amount of content but the fact that they raised the light level with no new way to lvl. so instead of enjoying the new content we have to go back to the same old grind of the same old stuff to get to the new light level. I bet if they didnt raise the light level there wouldnt be much complaining at all. or if instead of the damn time gate lvling system they had you could lvl anywhere again and play what you wanted. imagine if while playing the forge you could actually lvl as well!!!
Most people are complaining about the light levels for the activities, not the cost. 610 is a stretch for a starting activity in a dlc.

In the first area of the raid you can spawn a tank, there are two of the slap switchs in the northern area on a balcony, if you are facing the dome building the switches are on your right 7th floor of a apartment looking building. one floor down from the roof. The tank spawns in the southeastern area.

Edit : just finished, raid seems pretty fine. Bit longer than crota it seems, but not by too much. Definitely doesn't seem to compete with WOTM or Kings fall, but seems better than every raid in D2, besides Last Wish, which seems more like a D1 raid to be honest.

Considering the fact that you can go into last wish at 540, you should be able to go in nto this at 625 fine. The loot you get should boost you up a bit

The servitor bit can be soloed but only as a hunter I think. If you throw your knife at the other console then punch yours it’ll register and complete it

AWESOME SAUSEY last wish was ok for me but u didn’t like how mechanics heavy it was all mechanics and minimal action this raid had a solid balance of mechanics and action scourge of the past is definitely one of my two Firth raids by far its up there with kings fall and VoG
I got to the last boss late last night. Kinda unfortunate because I probably would have beat had we gone in earlier. I think this raid is a nice change of pace and a lot of fun. The weapons and armor designs are on point. great guide!

for the dps phase and the buffs and whatnot, me and the boys developed a strat:
we used green room to do this. the green building. we had three different areas, labeled A, C, or P. depending on the buff you received, you would go to the area with the letter that the buff started with. it’s overall much simpler and you dont have to worry about where teammates are

Doing DPS at a fixed location really isn't the strat.
