Given that oral glutathione is more convinient , but has lesser bioavailability to invasive methods , how long would it or will it ever be effective enough just with oral glutathione with ascorbic acid? If so whats the duration taken to notice the effects?
In my personal experience, effects are subtle. Noticeable after 6-8 weeks

No..it will not
Yes it will. I watched a documentary that presented research on glutathione as a skin whitening agent. They found that after you stop the treatment, the skin turns darker. It also creates other problems in the body. There is a reason why it is not approved by FDA as a whitening medicine. Don't use it, it can be quite dangerous.

In pharmacology study we read tranexamic acid as antifibrinolytic agent and and it causes serious side effect like thromboembolic events . here i hear it is used in melasma is it safe .....
The use of tranexemic acid in melasma has increased in the last few years. It has been found to be fairly safe . If there are any underlying risk factors, then certain parameters have to be monitored such as prothrombin time, activated partial thromboplastin time etc. These thromboembolic events are seen at homeostatic doses ( upto 1000mg per day). At low doses used it melasma, it is considered safe.

As soon as people start loving themselves the way they look, people like her will stop making such content naturally. So it's really in our hands as we are the ones who promote all types of content.
She is not at all endorsing the product. I have been following her for a while and she creates videos on wide variety of medical topics. She is very professional and just state facts. Now there is another doctor: abhineet gupta who literally gives links to common people to buy whitening products which I am not even sure if it is legal for doctors.
