Here are a couple of things I do which helped me achieve skin without acne and glowing all day.
- Use a gentle face wash that removes excess oil and cleans your skin well. I suggest littlleextra rriiceberry face wash only as it balances the skin pH as well.
- Eat a healthy diet. Avoid oily, junk, and spicy foods. Choose vegetables, fruits, and foods rich in vitamins C, E, A, antioxidants, and minerals.
- Exercise helps purify impurities, so make sure to exercise regularly to cleanse your whole body.
- Avoid touching your face often coz our hands are generally full of germs that can cause acne when they touch the face.
- Weekly, use an oil or serum for a facial massage to improve circulation.
- Apply riceberry vitamin c face serum daily as it has antioxidants and it helped me reduce blemishes and I got radiant skin.
- Once or twice a week, do a cleanup routine: cleansing, steam, scrub, use a mask, and rub 2-3 ice cubes.
- Clean your brushes and other things you use coz they can harbor germs that can cause pimples when they come into contact with your skin.

@@smitag8959 you can do a patch test first with glycerin if it is suitable for you then only use it if it doesn't then do a patch test with honey you will get to know if they suits you or on my skin glycerin doesn't suit at all . So i recommend you to do a patch test first

@@pakbtsami7___ As you wish you can test it directly or make a face pack given in the video and then do patch test. But in some skin types direct application of some ingredients doesn't suit but when they mix it with other ingredients it goes well with them. It is according to how your skin reacts. So i would recommend trying both .

This is not true… I had oily acne skin. When I started to take care of my skin started to improve and within weeks I got clear and glowing skin. Most of us are lazy we don’t spend time nurturing the skin. Tips: avoid exposure to the sun, and pollution. Steam your face at least once in a week . Scrub your face and oil massage. That’s all

This is my 5th day. I am not sure about glow (assumption: skin will become bright & fairer), but my skin has become much clearer and the texture has definitely improved (lets say by 15% if someone wants to understand by quantification). I leave it for about 1.5 - 2 hrs. I am however using the basen, glycerine, rice water, haldi mixture everyday, and using a moisturizer by mixing it with glycerine after I take a shower. I leave the moisturizer for the rest of the day. Then before going to bed I wash off my face and again apply an emulsion w/o glycerine to keep it light.
Glycerine is little sticky. How are you able to leave it on your face? And I think besan should not be applied daily as it is a exfoliator and your skin need atleast one day to recover.
