My grad score isnt very good ,i went to see a consultant and i felt he wasnt sharing accurate info and tried to scare me etc. I can't afford whoppinh tution fee ,i dont even speak german i am looking to do ms in 2024 . I dont know what options i have?

Is penn state good for an MS in Computer science? I’ve noticed that it is consistently ranked high among various rankings but no UA-camr recommends it in their top 50 list of universities in USA.

Penn states program is called computer science and engineering. So its a mix of computer science and computer engineering.

Penn state harris burg campus has a cs ms program . But its a very low ranked campus

I forgot to waive lor right fot 1 LOR and I have submitted 4 ; 3 of them have it waived off, do I email them or just let it be?

You can go to your recommenders page in your application portal and exclude the recommenders and add them again. Alternatively you can mail them is the 1st option is not available
