Hello my lovelies! It's HELEN here!! Welcome back to Helen Of Troy, my youtube channel all about nail art, lashes, press ons and salon life!!! 💅❤💅 (This channel used to be called BLACK SWAN BEAUTY but has recently been re-named to HELEN OF TROY.)
On this channel I bring you tutorials related to different aspects of the beauty industry, but predominantly related to nail art and lashes. As far as nail art is concerned, I use core acrylic powders, colored acrylic powders, gel, gel polish and regular polish. For eyelash extensions, I show you techniques on classic and volume lashes to help you along your lash journey.
I try to stay ahead of nail trends with acrylic nails designs and 3d acrylic nail art and try to make my content as consumable as possible.

Hey girl I do my nails like this sometimes, did uput base gel on 1st ? I think that's why ur Pinky and thumbnail kept them popping off. It happens to the best of us LOL
Hey! Yeah I did put base first because I used builder in a bottle to apply them to my nails. So you reckon to not use base and only prep the nail surface?

Aaah Helen yes I have ski jump nail's as well and mine were doing that...there is a product out called solid gel you can get it from various places online...my nail tech and I have decided that polygel is best for my Apres nail's...thankyou for sharing looking forward to your collab video's xo 💜 💅💜
Thanks for that useful information, Terri-Anne! It makes absolute sense that a thicker viscosity product would work better! Don't know why I didn't consider it??

@@Bubbles-n-Bitches oh no worries and I hope you didn't mind my telling you of that product...oh and it says you can use your finger's to mold it to the tip but that's a no no lol I tried and the oil's on my finger's went into the product and again the nail popped off...did I think of a glove lol of course not 🤦♀️🤷♀️...I saw Emily Susannah use it today and she used the nail extension as the scoop and flattened it with a small brush...Helen I'll always watch your video's you're stuck with me as a follower for life xo 💜⚡💜
