Is this with mods or something on the computer? I have the game for the xbox and I don't think that suit is in it and I think the sound effects for the guns are also different.

That bug hapened to me too in TLAD. I went to kill Brian in his safe house but i got pretty injured inside the house, so i left to eat something at the end of that street. when i finished eating the game went to the final of that cutscene with jonnhy saying he couldnt kill a brother...

I know your comment is a year old, but i'm gonna reply anyway.. look at the other side of the opening while moving that way, then press the cover button. (example on pc) look at the other side of the opening hold D or A depending on which side you are on, and press Q
