A good mod the Japanese are doing is a shorter final drive ratio, believe revolution sell a 4:8 final drive kit? I think theres at least 2 of the new Gr86s in japan doing 59 and 58 laps at Tsukuba N/A!
Josh looked so relaxed doing that lap, then he says it needs more power a to b 😏

Great vid Andrew, car looks like a hoot. From the footage it looks like you can find a bit of time on the entry to the Tighter turns. You seemed to dive to the apex under brakes whereas the pro kept the corner more open with a wider entry. I do the same thing subconsciously coming in hot as you know you have more bitumen to slow down in case you over cooked it! Keen to see how quick it can go!
Great seeing in more detail with the Shockworks. I know they're super popular with the Gen4 Libs. I myself running Teins. Love these track vids. I need to get back to SMSP!

New goal, beat my NA S2000 time of 51.444 on 200TW tyres ;)
bolt on kits next? like drop in K&N air filter, cat back exhaust, and tune.
The old BRZ needs like all of the above and a header upgrade to remove the mid range torque dip
Pretty sure the FA24 will gain more power and torque NA with the mods.
Would you consider doing the MCA traction mod? Its a bracket you install on the rear to change the suspension geometry.
While NA there is no need and also the traction rod is different in new model so has less issues.

With such short track, more drive out of corner from shorter gear ratio overall definately helps liven up the car acceleration from corner to corner...

I had a brz an tried a set of coil overs ruined it as a street car got some nice mono tube Bilstein's used a much softer spring then the coil overs it was so much better. Put a quaife lsd in it an that ruined it aswell it was fast but not as fun. Subframe reinforcement braces gave best improvement an were the cheapest parts.
so you still think blisteins are best for street? Which blisteins? What about say MCA's but setup softer for street?

Just realised these look like a mini aston martin. Still scrubbing tyres after rolling the guards though? Need stiffer springs.

Luddenham is also quite bumpy. Only track I scrub at in my car also

clock it to what ?
@@Juxtaposed1Nmotion reset the rubber bushing position so it's not preloaded at lowered height
A Novus driver? I dunno about you, but I've never actually seen a windscreen repair van do laps of a racetrack.
I have done my research and I'm going to buy Shockworks coilovers for my car too (different car to this). Or would someone suggest MCA Reds instead?
We keep using them for a reason and we keep proving they work.
