Whatever you get through the FOA you'll only get by paying even more than what you've already paid for those features. It's not worth it if you have the option to get out and get some of your money back.
@Ocean1_FSR I understand. Sorry you don't. As you said, we were promised updates at part of our purchase contract. So we're already paying for those updates which will never come. If the FOA is able to get new updates developed. Owners will still have to pay for those updates out pocket so paying even more for something we've already paid for. It's a similar situation with key fobs. Many were promised a 2nd key fob and paid for them. But now owners who want to keep the car are being asked to pay again for something they've already paid for. Just to keep the car functioning. It isn't worth the additional cost to keep the car if you can get out.
@@khalilshahyd9063 ok, I understand now after you explained but the reason I am confused is because this has nothing to do with the actual video I made. The video is about potentially getting our money back, not all, but possible most. If that works out, I think most will simply turn the car in and move on. It's not ideal, but under the circumstances it's the best we can hope for. You are correct though if we keep the cars then yes we will potentially be paying for services we should already have.
I couldn't find the chart to send with the expected updates, but figured others had it sent in
I have already sent all my info in.... hoping for a compete buy back
It’s crazy how good my Ocean is and no company picked the car up. Hopefully we all get a full buy back
@@mymountrushmore6235 that would be the best possible outcome 👍
What do you think the unfulfilled service warranty is worth for the claim?
@@mattb2534 personally, I think the whole value of the car is up for grabs
If I didn't download the chase documents from the one sign website at the time of signing, will I be able to get it from my chase account?
I think they sent those to your email account.
@@raysranga some people have called and got it
I tried calling they said they don’t have them. I’m going to a branch tofay
What about if you have a deposit on a second Fisker and never got a refund? Does that sound like something we can submit?

do people who paid cash for the car have any skin in the game?
@@richardbohme nope, they have no recourse
