I came here looking for testicle related comments but I didn't expect it to be a serious comment, glad you're alright boss.
@@ToddReuterOutdoors normal to have different sizes?

@@adityajayant8277 no need for that "step"😳😳💀
Alabama fellow i see
Im from greece and i found a steel begleri on the road a couple of weeks ago. Someone probably lost it so i went home and started trying to do a trick or two. My mom then saw me and apparently she knows some stuff as she used to own one as a kid. She told me that the begleri i had found belonged to someone skilled as the steel had been deformed by the knocking and the frequent use and i felt so special for finding it, almost like it chose me. Now im trying my best to learn many different tricks so that im someone "worthy" of that persons begleri
Your mom put it there.
That's a sick story
That's an anime origin story
@@plywoodcarjohnson5412 yup, she was the really good ball handler, prolly still is . . . :-)
Your mom must be pretty good with balls
Nicely done. The "ball" humor adds a little spice to the soup. Bravo.
saw this video today. never seen a begleri before. I went to my electronics lab, took 2 cube heat-sinks(bit bigger than the small balls) got home, had an extra pair of shoe lazes and i made my self a begleri.. i am really amazed how good it feels... thanks for the video.. much appreciated
I make these with a longer cord between them for curtain tie-backs. Once you twist them together and they are resting on the curtain, they'll stay put until you untwist then. If you leave the ends out, you can even make tassels and attach them to the cord.
Oh my goodness, I was thinking of curtain ties and graduation hat tassels when I saw this video lol.
Do they make spherical magnet? If that existing, this can be turned into magnetic curtain tie
@@scarhead427 That would be very interesting indeed.
Good idea
I use 3-4 pass monkey's fists for door latches... attach the open end to door, drop into an appropriately placed hook to hold..
@scarhead427 you can "sphere-orize" a thick round magnet with a bit of tape on both sides, over some filler material. Doesn't have to be a perfect sphere to make a pretty round fist.
Your older video got me into begleri, still got the first one i made from your video. You've gotten alot better at slinging since then. Thanks for the great content!
Dude I’ve been watching this channel for years! This guy is my go to for any and all my paracord projects
Thank you for your continuing support!
@@TheWeaversofEternityYou deserve it dude! You're really good at paracord and it your stuff looks cool too
Excellent. When my friends call to ask what I’m doing I can say “playing with my balls” 👍🏻
I made a set for my neurosurgeon… he plays with them all of the time… I got tickled one day when I went In For my check up and when I asked Andrew (the PA) where doc was, he said "he's still playing with your balls while on a call." Needless to say I nearly choked… lol… one, I don’t have balls and 2. Even if I did, my doc sure as heck wouldn’t be playing with them… 🤣🤣🤣
I made a pair for myself with the left over blue 550 cord… the "blue balls" jokes ensued… lol
Fascinating story!
that's sus as heck
@@julievrhackzor why do you think that? My doc came in the exam room to see me for my check up after surgery… I was playing with them and he asked me what they were… I told him and handed them to him so he could check them out… he thought they were pretty neat and that they could be good for helping rebuild hand strength and or mobility after surgery… I told him that they were more of a fidget type toy to me and kept my hands busy when I was just hanging around waiting for others or standing in long lines etc… he liked them so much, I told him he could keep them… that was a little over 3 years ago …
Now, this doctor been my neurosurgeon for almost 10 years now … I won’t let anyone else touch my spine.l. He saved my life and literally gave me back the ability to walk again… i had my 14th surgery on my spine in February of this year… the Incident in my original post happened in March of this year… Andrew told me that Doc plays with those begleri balls all the time … I asked doc about them and if he still enjoyed them when he came in and after seeing how worn down they were I laughed and told him I would make him a new set…I asked if he had a color preference for the Paracord and he replied, "anything but blue!" I giggled and asked why even though I thought I knew the answer… he says that the comments and snickers about his blue balls just won’t stop… even after 3 years… the man has a wicked sense of humor :) as do I… so, just to be ornery, I said I would make him some pink ones… on my next visit in April, I brought him a set made from the deep red with black vertical stripes 550 cord… I believe it’s called fireman red… I get it at ParacordGalaxy . com (no spaces) …and yes, he loved them…
@@ZippedUpKitz my neurosurgeon plays with myreal balls
That’s so cool! I want to make a set of these. Great content as always, much love from Texas!
Best walkthrough commentary yet!
Great weapon
"he's playing with his balls again 😫"
Something I started doing with my hex/hardware begleri is to tie a ranger bead with 225 cord on each side to hold the nuts down. It holds them surprisingly well,
Your commentary is *Chefs kiss*
I've always wanted my very own balls to keep warm, hold, and play with. Thank you, Tim, for making this girl's lifelong dream come true!😜
They do keep your hands very warm
Just don't get your balls dirty, they start to smell if you dont take care of them 😂

I'm about to buy my first set from aroundsquare, can't wait to get them in the mail. I haven't made a set like these yet but I've made a few monkeys fists in practice but I'm going to make my first set today.. thx for these vids..
I made some with black paracord and they are awesome!

Omg!! I bet those balls are good for stress relief!!.I need to make these!
Better than a coin or phone....
Fun!
Thanks
Every monkey fist video has this funny guys that turns everyting better
Thanks for the video. My new favorite fidget toy.
I took the idea of the begleri and made my own version.
I took two Nite Ize s-Biners, tied them together and spin them around my fingers. 👍🤠
When I saw the title: 😉📸
Just messing. Nice video lol. It's been a while since I've touched paracord, but I wanna make this now once I get time today!
Love it! That's exactly what I was talking about in the comment on your brass nut belgrie video. How do they feel different? Which do you like more?
Hey I have a pair of these!!! Very fun
😂😂😂 love it!!!!
I have only ever tied the monkey fist without filling the center but I find when transitioning from wrapping along one axis to the next (you called it something like 90 degree turn) I make a diagonal across on the first quarter of the first wrap. the subsequent wraps in the same direction hide the crossing section and the wrapping order is reversed (i.e. from pointer finger to middle finger the first time, if starting as you did). This version changes 2 things: the axis-change is closer to invisible on the final monkey fist and the ends exit the fist at the same "corner of the cube", which for other applications could be more in line with personal preferences.
I guess I will have to try it to see if the ball bearing will make the hidden crossing section of cord show as a bump on the three wraps above it or not.
Pretty cool !
I'd like to see you try that with the Clackers we had as kids! Ha!
Saw these a lot in Greece.
I made one of these in high school with a long cord and turned the rest into a keychain. I still have it and my keys are on it to this day
I do this with the ones I was already born with. It takes some practice. Better if you start at an early age. I hope it becomes an Olympic sport someday.
I love playing with balls
Thanks! Now I always have a pair of balls to play with me!
Ive been looking for a "Skill toy" since Ive met with a butterfly knife, i wanted to practice tricks with something, and ive looked into Pens, Knucklebones, etc.. But since i couldnt buy a butterfly cause i couldnt bring it around, i decided that a Begleri was just the right choice for me, but dude they are so expensive and on top of it i live in Europe so shipping would be horrifying, so this tutorial was a god sent. I already had marbles in my house which i decided to use as i didnt know were i could get the steel balls and also already had the cord cause my mom used to work with sewing. honestly thanks for this, now to learn to play with my Monkey Balls
I just made a dragon teeth it is my favorite parcord knot I love all of your tutorials thank you for making these videos 😁😀😁😀😁
Thank
Monkey’s balls…
Great video, good tutorial!
HAMON!!!
Yes o know only this. You are right. I was planning with my brother and father also.
Now I can fight off ancient vampire bodybuilders. Just need a bit of Hamon.
Pov: That guys spinning balls
Kakashi: Those balls are mine....
You got some balls playing with these in public.
I used to do this with my sister ball hair ties back in the 90s lolol mad nostalgic
This was cool. The only toy I'd ever play with, besides video games, but I barely ever do that.
Nice balls bro
I used small pebbles instead, is it fine?
My grandson will love this, he wanted a ps5 but I think this will be better!
Could you make a video showing how you do those rad tricks please?
Also, I’m using magnets instead of steel balls. Either sphere or cube magnets.
King of random vibe it makes me sad but I enjoy this type of content(:
I have 4 pairs, 1 with ball bearings and a longer string length. Then I have 2 pairs that have 9mm bullets as the cores. 1 longer length, 1 shorter length. And the 4th pair have .45 call bullets as the cores, at a medium length. P.S.- It's just the projectile (bullet). Not the whole round, there is no casing(brass). They were rounds I fired off and retrieved them afterwards. Weighed them, and they still weighed the same. 124 grain for the 9mm, and 230 grain for the .45 ACP. Lol both FMJ RN. Next time gonna use unfired JHP. Lol
Man's balls got some ammo. We know he ain't shooting blanks 😂
This may be a good alternative to flipping balisongs in public.
We had a toy similar but it had large plastic balls and a longer cord called bonkers ( that's what we called them). They were more along the lines of a weapon than a toy but gen x the two were synonymous.
I'm pretty sure I still have unhealed fractures from those things. It's amazing any of us survived our childhoods.
Are you referring to "Clackers"? They were 2 hard plastic (I think) balls connected by a piece of string with a ring for your finger in the middle. My girlfriend calls them "knockers" and man did they hurt...the Clackers not her knockers.
Question which may be answered below... I get the "melt the end and tuck it into the wraps" part, but how can you then tighten all of the other wraps? I find that the cord is fused to the melted end, and I end up breaking the sealed nylon by pulling. Am I misunderstanding the step?
Hey what’s that small little torch you use?
I'm happy to say I came up with this idea and made it a while before this video came out. Not saying I'm better or anything it's just nice when you come up with something unique and then someone else comes up with it and thinks it's cool.
Hello, friends, what is the strap used for weaving? Thank you for your guidance
True.
Great video, wonderful delivery and very clear instructions.
Perfect timing btw, you must have heard my balls dropping from all the way over there!
I was inspired by your previous Monkeys fist begleri videos and went all in, but can’t get exactly what you use.
I am having a lot of trouble getting the flow though and I have a few technical material questions that I can’t seem to find answers to anywhere.
How much does the ball-weight factor in for you?
I only have access steel balls in 16mm (good weight, big monkey balls) or 12mm (little light, small monkeyballs).
I only have access to 325 nylon cord, I’m thinking thinner is better but you sling your 550 no problem it seems. How much does the cord thickness matter? Did you gut your cord to make it more flexible?
damn, i NEED to craft this.
i recently found out that i have adhd and when i‘m doing something not physically active i start to bite my nails out of boredom. it started when i was eleven years old and as a 32 year old adult it just doesn‘t look good and on top women really don‘t dig it.
i was always looking for a fidget toy that has a high skill ceiling but which i don‘t have to pay too much visual attention to. i imagine that just by feeling how this moves you can get better at doing certain tricks.
i always thought about starting to play guitar on the side but to start out on that i have to look up and memorize the chords first to blindly practice them. so having to do the research always kept me from starting with it.
so i hope crafting this is going to be engaging enough for me. having a toy like that and learning to build a monkey fist on the side would be very helpful for me.
so, thank you for the tutorial! i‘ll definitly try to build one
Every one and their mother has "something" these days. The best excuse for everything.
I wish all these doctors that give out diagnoses like candy would just go to jail..
I got two you can play with right here
Thanks for that, I've always got paracord for bushcraft, and loads of steel ammo, as I shoot slingshot competitions. The first monkey fist I pulled apart as I wasn't happy, but the final two were spot on. Now to play with my balls. 👍
You're welcome, have fun!
hi, using 4mm diameter paracord?
Can I use magnet balls for this???

Isn't this a musical instrument? Remember seeing some Jamaican guy playing some absolute BANGERS on a similar device
Oh.. I know exactly what you're talking about. The instrument you're thinking of is the called an asalato or kashaka which is made of two balls or gourds that are filled with pebbles or beads and then joined with a string between them.
