Prices are up over 100% in the past few years and my pension is up 4%. Soon, I won't be able to leave the house.
Do what you can while you can is our thoughts. We have been traveling to a lot of other places lately and unfortunately Las Vegas is basically in a stratosphere of its own for costs

Great review and I’m so glad you gave them a second chance as it seems you just had bad luck the first time. Also, if you are not especially hungry, just order coffees and their delicious baguette with homemade raspberry jam & butter. Perfection!

Sunday breakfast at Mon Ami Gabi before the NFL games start on football Sunday is one of our favorite things to do!! Then we head to the sports book to watch (and bet) on games!! Keep up the great content Josh & Rachel

You missed out on a few awesome things. The French onion soup and the Blueberry waffles. I agree with you on the coffee and bacon and will try a crepe the next time I go.

Thanks, Matthew! I have eaten at Mon Ami Gabri for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and enjoyed all those meals. Going when they open for breakfast is ideal, as the one downside is how tightly packed together the tables are.

Yes, tables are very close to each other and can be a small table for two.
My wife and I were in Vegas back in 2016. She was at a conference and we went to Mon Ami for dinner one night and I got Mussels! Fantastic. I went back twice for lunch by myself. More Mussels!
That is awesome, one of us needs to have a conference in Vegas one of the these days to get a free trip out of it haha

Thanks Matthew! I used to love Mon Ami and we also didn’t have a great experience after Covid and we tried twice. Plus they removed items from the menu which were our go tos.

You are all welcome! Back in 2006 as we walked by Mon Ami Gabi as they were setting up for lunch, we called out, "Hey, you should open for breakfast!". I guess the waiter who nodded and smiled went and told the boss.

I’m yet to have breakfast at Mon Ami Gabi, we got there too late on our last visit and had to have the lunch menu, but they did have a Croque Madam which was fantastic.

This is one of many reasons why Paris does the French theme so well.
Fontaine Bleau seems to be French in name only. The inside is just like any other American casino.

both are good but very different in style. this is more classic French bistro style with possibly the best view in Vegas. The Henry food is quite good as well but the environment is nothing special, being just off the casino floor

One of my fave dishes to make him is Coconut Curry Shrimp, but he’s not picky and honestly we both share the kitchen duties 🥰!

We are die hard Vegas, lovers and have been going there since 06. Mon ami gabi is a gem and I'm ocd about getting a 7 or 7:30 am Reservation to sit out on the patio. Looking forward to it next week. Love that place the servers are the best.

So glad you gave another shot. Was just there last weekend . We go to vegas usually once a month or so and always have breakfast there. I always get the ham and cheese omelet, she gets the corn beef hash and add some sausage. Same order every time because its always so good! And yep thats how that line always looks when we leave. Get there no later than 830 and should be good

Been there once prior to covid… Wasn't overly impressed with the food, but the venue is amazing.
The venue is definitely a big part to it.
We have yet to try Mon Ami Gabi. Everyone raves. We prefer to hit up off strip gems. But, we love breakfast desserts. Great job guys!

It is not as good as it was 5-6 years ago. The menu had more selections previously. My favorite is the homemade berry jam. Thanks Matthew!

Mon Ami Gabi has been my go to spot for my first breakfast of my Vegas get aways for years. The bacon is the best that I have ever tasted. (I just wish that it was still 1:1 when using Caesar RC's)

In the morning it is perfect. Plus they do have misters and shade to keep it cool later in the day

We usually like Mon Ami Gabi for our last morning breakfast / brunch meal. It's good but limited options. We ate at Alexxa's Thursday morning for the first time and we really liked it. Day drank, people watched, and saying goodbye to the Trop and Mirage 💔

Not impressed by the Vegas Mon Ami Gabi. I have been to the original in Chicago several times. Good food but has always been overpriced with staff at times bordering on rude 😩
Vegas is overpriced. We have just accepted it. Makes traveling elsewhere much easier

We have never been paid to do any review. We have only been given 2 "free" meals in the nearly 200 restaurants we have shown on this channel, and this certainly was not one of them. The two places that we did get free meals from we had been to several times prior so we did not feel it was inappropriate to give a good review even with a comp'd meal
We do state when we are given meals, gifts and experiences, which is almost never.
We share our actual receipts at the end of every video to show this to our audience, since we don't want them to think we are just paid shills for any company. l

3 eggs with either bacon or sausage, and hash browns for $22.00? Get the @#$% out of here. I will give them points for a nice view, if you happen to get the outside seats on the patio, but otherwise, I can get bacon and eggs for way cheaper than that pretty much anywhere. What does that cost them to make, $3.00? And they charge people $22.00? I am 7 Stars with Caesars, and I would never pay such high prices for a basic breakfast.
That's why we try to order something that you can't get anywhere :)
