The pork belly have’s a great color, the links have great texture and ingredients,Brisket the taste and texture was there. The watermelon salad was a great choice season right .the Banana pudding.
This is right up my alley. Double YUM. OFF TOPIC: Just watched your questions video (I watch most of your content) and now UA-cam suggesting I view your wedding vlog. Looks great! Will it ever be for poor non-member me to see?
I’m surprised it shows a wedding vlog. We did not make one, but simply created a slideshow of pictures of us that we played on the screens at our wedding reception venue. It shows as unlisted to us so I’m not sure what is going on with it
Great review! Will most definitely be there next week! Lots of friends will be in Santa Fe next week for their wine & chile festival . Bruce Kalman will be headlining an event! Cheers! Gloria in far far West Texas
We have to try this place as we’re locals. Looks amazing and since it’s next door to another one of our favorites (Nevada Brew Works) it’s a no brainer. Love the Arts District. We are heading back down there soon to look for a piece of art for one of our walls.
Yes, white shirt is living dangerously, however any color shirt is probably a goner at bbq!!🤣 Love your descriptions of flavor!! You can tell you describe well when my mouth is watering!!!😂😂
We love BBQ and are gonna check this place out next time we are in the arts district. All that food looked delicious and even though lots of char on the pork belly it woulda been the first to disappear 😎
No white for me, I spill every food, I just have terrible mouth to hand coordination. Dig it coffee is close by and worth a visit for a caffeine hit. The pork belly looks so good, I need to step in for that.
Howdy Ho! Food looked really good . I never go to the arts district. I need to venture over there one of these times. I’ll be in Vegas on Monday but already have everything planned. And yes Josh you are actually a double risk taker for wearing the white shirt to a barbecue joint and after Labor Day lol ….😎😎😎
@@JoshRachael big Bs or Rollin Smoke. Probably rollin smoke more of the 2 for the big Dino beef ribs. But matiki island bbq is the best beef ribs in town but that’s a hole in the wall Hawaiian spot.
@@JoshRachael ok. For hole in the wall best green chile try: Padillas (cash only) off of Girard, Duran’s Central Pharmacy (the have a diner at the back of the pharmacy), Perea’s off of Juan Tabo has hot green chile and some of my favorite carne adovada. If you have time, about an hour and a half drive South of Albuquerque is Manny’s Buckhorn for the best green chile cheeseburger. Manny’s is located in San Antonio NM (fun fact: Conrad Hilton was born in San Antonio). Bonus location: Happy Accidents in the Nob Hill area was voted on of the best cocktail bars in the country. Also, Ex Novo brewing just opened up a very chic and foodie inspired location in downtown Albuquerque. If you have any questions about Albq…please feel free to hit me up.
The two times I went here the brisket was marginal… was not impressed at all, dry and honestly just didn't have a lot of flavor. Your's looks a polar opposite what we received, I do really like their ribs.
We specifically asked for fatty brisket. Did you just say Brisket? It seems they typically do lean if you don’t specify from what we gathered talking to the waitress
We were planning on getting the sampler but asked the waitress and a few items we didn’t want was the Turkey, Mushroom, and Lean Brisket so we said I think we can do this on our own
Heads up: “The Modifier” is clearly the wrong item during the Pimento Cheese Dip which is $7
Sorry just seeing that after it went live
As a Vegas local I really enjoy your restaurant reviews. I also love your travel videos too. Thank you guys, you’re awesome!
Awesome! Thank you!
Booked here in a few weeks. Ive rewatched this video about 10 times 😂😂😂 looks so good! Thanks for recommending 🤤
Hope you enjoy it!
Everything looked fantastic! Especially the Banana pudding! Another fantastic video Josh and Rachel!👌

That BBQ feast looks incredible!
It was!
$100 well spent! That BBQ spread looks epic, especially the brisket and pork belly. Vegas really knows how to serve up some delicious BBQ!
You got that right!

@@JoshRachael I called it a vlog, it could be a slideshow. I couldn't view it. Thanks for being nurses, so very important to most everyone. 😃
The Arts District is such a fun place!
Agreed
Adding this place for my Vegas trip in January
🙌🏼

@@JoshRachael how did you guys get around ? We usually use Uber

Haha thanks a lot Raymond!
Great find guys!!! This all looked epic and definitely want to check this place out. Actually really excited to try that banana pudding ☺️

Can’t wait for the Albuquerque video! My nephew just started up at UNM
Awesome, we are really excited to check it out

You should definitely check it out. Loved it
We love bbq! We will have to try next time
Sounds good
That banana pudding reminds me of Buc'ees. lool :):)
It was quite similar
That place is amazing. I assume you’ve walked over to Silver Stamp afterwards? Best beer bar in Vegas.
Love Silver Stamp, been there several times but this time we did Nevada Brew Works and Stray Pirate after
Going to the Albuquerque hot air balloon festival? A fun festival to visit.
Yes! Very excited
No white for me, I spill every food, I just have terrible mouth to hand coordination. Dig it coffee is close by and worth a visit for a caffeine hit. The pork belly looks so good, I need to step in for that.
Try it out! 😋

haha this was Tuesday after Labor Monday so it was basically ok right?
@@JoshRachael Yes I believe you were still ok as only one day later but anything more than 24 hours we’d need to report you to the fashion police 👮
Soul belly is good but has fallen off a little from when they first opened. Check out HUMO BBQ in Henderson. Next best bbq in town and big Bs
Those are a couple you don’t hear about it seems. Do you have a favorite that serves beef ribs?

Are you going to balloon fest in ALB? 🎈🎈🎈
We are!
Hit me up if you want some suggestions for good hole in the wall places with good green chile for when you come to Albq
Happy to hear about any lunch options. You have in mind. Feel free to leave them here or send us a message on Instagram
