    Don't need esoteric knowledge. Just need ONE thing. At my wilderness ashram in my mind, when a person comes there, I ask them, "Do you receive ALL THINGS WITH THANKFULNESS?" If they say yes, I send them away. WHY? They don't need any other teachings. If they say, "NO!" I invited them in to do the dishes.

    Am I the only one that dreads sharing this with anyone, and is over playing those kinds of games? Maybe that will change. I really don't care, currently. But I have never been happier, more content, peaceful, and fulfilled.

    Boxing is great exercise and so is judo. In the real world it's a good idea to know how to defend oneself when necessary. Exercise and nutrition are also necessary. In the physical aspect of yoga practice, the necessity of health is acknowledged and nurtured. Your meditation will be better if you have a healthy balanced biology. If your health is falling apart and you're in pain, meditation will be difficult. Don't ignore the real needs of the body.

    There's a part of the brain called the anterior midsinglet context that's considered the seat of the will. It's bigger in athletes and smaller in obese people. It activates and grows when we do difficult things that don't come off as enjoyable to us. Exercise is a great way to engage this part of the brain and the benefits translate in a surprising amount of unexpected areas in our lives. Resentfully dont forget to show the "grind" some respect.*

    1st Timothy 4:8 says, “Bodily exercise is all right, but spiritual exercise is much more important and is a tonic for all you do. So exercise yourself spiritually, and practice being a better Christian because that will help you not only now in this life, but in the next life too.” I am in the gym 5-6 days a week but I know this is true but many do not.

    Many are gratefull of the life expiriance, and love life, but just because of that, they are super anxious about loosing it. The idea of the end of that expiriance scares them. So its quite oposite of those who can admire that limitiations of beeing temporarry here.

      No worries. Don't refer to time, it isn't real. You have all the time in the world in that you have each moment which is reality.

      @@ZenPsych so you mentioned. You think you have a certain amount of time . Do meditation now before the body does and we have never experienced well being and peace . If we die before we meditate . As in the body dies .
