Some calculator comes with an LR44 Alkaline battery. If it has run out then you will need to replace it. You must have used it an incredible amount as with the solar panel, power for the calculator should last for ages. Either that or it is damaged.If the calculator won’t not turn on after replace a new battery,you may try to solve it by follow method in this video.

There a many possibility cause can create the problem ,try to check the power key contact first.

Hello, is there a way to fix the sine, cosine and tangent keys? What happens is that when you press the keys they don't work and if it is possible to fix it, please or should I buy another one?
You need to open and check the board if want to repair it.May be got a break circuit connection , contact or carbon issue at the button area.
I lost my Casio calculator and found outside on the road, rain fell on it and I opened it to dry it
It worked and after I left it to dry it didn’t work anymore
May cause by deffective of electronic component inside.
My calculator somehow can be used again after i opened the case...
but still thank you for teaching me how to open the case!

Hello Please what of in a case where the battery is not up there but in the middle of the calculator, where there are no wires, what do I do? I have a Casio fx-991ES Plus and an fx-350MS both with the same issue. They only turn on when I remove the battery and put it back.., but the power-on button doesn't turn the calculators on

There a many issue ,one of the issue is button contacts at rubber key.

I’m using soldering iron and solder lead to repair the wire connection.A soldering iron is a hand tool used to heat solder, usually from an electrical supply at high temperatures above the melting point of the metal alloy. This allows for the solder to flow between the workpieces needing to be joined.
You can use anything that is able to heat a piece of metal up to the melting point of your solder (between 400°F / 200°C and 700°F / 370°C). Butane lighters work the best. But you can also use candles, oil lamps, alcohol burners, or even open camp fires.
I disassembled mine and discovered that the ground wire was corroded, so I stripped it and soldered it, as shown in the video.

bro in sunlight calculator is working but When Replaced new battery not working
Check the battery is put in correctly and not with reversed polarity.
Check the battery is new and in date.
Clean the contacts of the battery holder.
Check for damage to the battery contacts

Can use super glue but pls make sure the copper wire have a good contact to the solder of the calculator pin.Otherwise it will come out again.

My calculator is very dim in battery power, i changed new battery but same issue, checked continuity test, continuity is perfect, then checked output power on board, it shows 1.48, so everything is fine, but display is dim... and the calculator is fine with solar power, the issue is in battery power, any solution sir??
Look you’re familiar with electronic test knowhow.It might be voltage issue inside the board circuit.Difficult for me to advise without see the board condition.

Bro what if the wire is broken from the board?
Got 2 wires for battery connection to board.This wire supply voltage 1.5V from battery to board.If broken, possibility no contact and cause calculator can't power on.
What if digits in display is not visible?
Need to check battery continuety first.
What if the black wire got separated?
Black wire (Negative)connect to the battery supply at negative terminal.Calculator in this video can’t power on is due to black wire is disconnected from battery supply.(No supply voltage to the calculator).
Note:
Red wire (Positive supply)
Black wire(Negative- Gnd)
Need to connect red wire and black wire to complete the circuit of voltage supply to calculator.

The tool use is called Soldering Iron.Beside it,you can use Candle or Lighter to melt the the solder and stick the wire connection back.Also can use super glue to stick the wire contact to solder of battery terminal.

Use un soldador y plomo. También puede usar plomo de soldadura y un encendedor. Si tampoco tiene las herramientas, puede torcer el cable manualmente hasta el pin de la batería.
