I loved the subtitle when you pulled the skink out and were like "WHOA" . This was a cute video! And VERY informative thank you!
Thank you!! Glad you liked it :)
Peters banded skinks are really cool. Defently would consider getting one in the future.
They really are. It’s a bummer they hide all the time😂
Dude i love your video and I hope your chanl grows.
Thank you!
It’s so adorable omg
This one is really cool. Super friendly and curious! The coloring and stripes make it really unique, too.
Definitely!
Awesome unboxing!
Congrats on 300 subs
Thank you!!
Awesome skink and great video :)
Thanks 😁
Love it!
Thanks!
He's so cute 😍👾 he looks like a pokemon 🧚🏽♂️😺💎
YOU FINALLY GOT ONE!!!!
I want a skink so bad! These are so dope!
i just figured out that these guys look just like the Sandile in Pokemon !😆😆😆😆😆
its only calm because its cold the test is after he has warmed up lol
You are 100% right! I should've showed what he was like after he warmed up a bit. Although he moved faster, he was still very chill.
I'm not sure if it'd be possible but it'd be cool if you could figure out how to setup a desert bioactive (not necessarily for any animal in particular but just to see if it could be done). Also I'd be eager to see a care guide on the peter's once you feel you've gotten enough of a feel for them.
That would be cool! I think I'll do a care guide in 3-5 months from now.
Bro I have wanted one of these so bad or a Schneider’s skink I think I like Schneider’s skinks better tho. Anyways nice video and also I got my baby corn snake from underground reptiles.
Nice! Thank you!
The bite was so casual 😂there was no hunt it was a fast food cricket 🦗🥡
Haha
I want that
Can you make a video of how to start a reptile shop
So MAYBE she’s kind of cute. Like at the end of the video. Only from one angle. 😆❤️
Haha😂
Amazing reptiles and very friendly. Had mine as wild-caught and got their feacle sample done asap - turns out these little guys get parasites 8/10 when imported :(
They are definitely very friendly. Aww that's too bad. Parasites are never fun. Thank you for the info! I would assume that they are harboring parasites after being taken from the wild but I didn't know for sure. Thanks again!!
What medication and dosage
where did you get the Peter's banded skink ? I want to buy some
I got him from Underground Reptiles!
Be aware, these animals are dwindling in the wild. please dont buy one yet unless you are a skink breeder who wants to attempt captive breeding. theyll be available someday
Certainly rough that they are only wild caught at the moment, we want to get breeding groups going but breeding has been almost zero, I discourage too many ppl to get them right now be the wild population is being hit hard, but we certainly need ppl with breeding skills to keep trying, otherwise we could end up in a very sad situation down the line. Very cool skink buddy.
Watch this video.

Ight now i actually want a reptile tbh so maybe that one but how much for da lizard
lol
bro chill
na fam stfu
so trash
not planet o reptiles content doe
yea fs fs
Is it common for them to die while getting transported
Surprisingly, not at all! DOA's (dead on arrival) rarely occur when shipping reptiles. If you receive a dead animal it is most likely one of two things. Either the reptile was not in good health when it was shipped or the company you bought from didn't package the reptile correctly. This is why I always recommend checking a companies reviews on many different platforms such as UA-cam, Instagram, the companies website, etc. One example of a not so good reptile company is Backwater Reptiles (Not Underground Reptiles). Backwater Reptiles have countless incidents of DOA's. You can find many videos on UA-cam of the bad experiences people have had with backwater. In conclusion, most reptile companies don't have a ton of DOA's on their record. I hope this helped!
The substrate you are using isn’t good. They REALLY need play sand to burrow into. Play sand is the safest substrate to use with them.
Thanks for the comment! I totally agree with you. The substrate I used in this video was not very good and wasn't even that deep. I have since changed into using play sand which you can see in my reptile room tour video.
0:05 in and your blur fucked up. i can very clearly read your address you should fix that
narrow heads mean it a male most likely lol
Really?? Thank you for telling me! I had info from somewhere else saying that narrow heads mean it's a female. I'm only curious, not questioning your knowledge, where did you find this information?
