  • This was supposed to be a Christmas themed video but it took me a minute to get around to finish it up. I had an idea for a pyro Christmas tree that involved different fireworks. The first think I wanted to test out was fusing smoke balls together. The tree has 12 layers that hold 6 smoke balls each for a grand total of 72. I chose leftover smoke balls from Phantom I had from last year for the first attempt. I wasn't really satisfied with the result because the smoke wasn't as thick as I wanted. For the second attempt I chose smoke balls from TNT. I was much happier with how thick the smoke was I just wish the wind wasn't blowing directly at the camera. I have 1 or 2 more ideas for this stand that aren't smoke related that I might try later.

Interesting, I definitely like what you're doing on this channel. I am working on something similar to this tree but with fountains or gerbs. I'm using Pyro Diablo kung-fu mountain and magic garden fountains. Super cheap and super easy to take apart. You get two gerbs in each fountain. Then I was thinking about them ascending up a tree to finish with a comet!

Thank you! I love trying things to see what works and what doesn't. I think a fountain/gerb tree with a comet finish would look sweet. I'll have to check out the fountains you mentioned so I can get a better mental picture. Thank you for sharing, I love hearing other people's firework ideas.

TNT did look better and with the wind you had some good rainbow stripes on it!! I would try filling it up with Slivers of Silver! It will cost more but they are some fun little gerb like fountains! Hmm or some other small effect fountains like them!

Seeing the stripes made me wish I would've used some quick fuse, might have been able to get a larger rainbow. I think the Slivers of Silver would offer a nice nighttime effect for sure!
