You're absolutely correct. Starting with just one task each day and gradually increasing workload is often more effective than trying to tackle everything at once. It allows for better focus, consistency, and ultimately, sustainable progress. Thanks for sharing your thgought.

Hi Phu. Great positive message. Even at my age of 63, I'm improving myself by learning German.

I love this! I can tell how genuine & kind you are. Thank you for the motivation I needed it. A week ago I dropped a weight on my foot and now I have a fracture. My journey is to not let it get in my way and keep going with my workouts ☺️

Success feels like a moving target sometimes. In my life. I’ve always felt like I was moving my own goalposts. Years ago I dreamed about retiring from the Army and that was my goal. I couldn’t wait to be free from the day to day stuff and always believed that there was something awesome waiting on the other side. When my initial plans to get a good job didn’t pan out I focused on school once again making it a goal to complete my degree. After acing my classes I finally graduated with close to a 4.0 GPA. I thought that would make me more marketable and help me land the perfect gig. But that turned out to be a pipe dream and I ended up feeling disappointed and disillusioned with the effort I had put forth. Finally I wrote and published a book about my military memoirs. And while that was satisfying to do, the sales were never there. Based on my experience with the last book, I am stuck in 2nd gear on writing a second one because now I am second guessing myself on everything I write. I guess the point I’m trying to make is that even if you check all the boxes and hit every milestone nothing is guaranteed. In Spec Ops we like to say that you’re only as good as your last mission. Once you’re out of the flow is it very difficult to get back into the win column.

The way I see it if just one person watches my videos I am happy. If just one person buys something from my store it means the world to me. If just one person likes my videos and say it motivates them I am thankful. I guess for me I never looked at it as I need countless views or sales I am just happy doing and happy with what support I have. And even if nothing comes from it I enjoy doing it and learning skills along the way. Video editing, website designs, running a website, store, etc. You accomplish a lot of cool stuff in your life more than most people can ever especially in the military. Even if sales we low just think of it as something you can leave behind as your legacy and enjoy the process I guess. Keep going and improve only if you enjoy the process. Thats the way I look at it.
