      @@TheTattooedRonin not anymore. After my surgery in 2019 I couldnt keep up.
      Trained in Bo Staff, Escrima, Katana, Dagger, and Karambit

    Nice figure 8 and spinning bo staff techniques! I made the Chinese staff out of 3/4" PVC pipe, and trained it at home or the dojo.

      @@TheTattooedRonin my pleasure 🙏☺️😊🥷 Yes, I have 3 tips. 1. Whether you can buy the bo staff at online websites or make a bo staff out of wood or PVC pipe depending on the budget. 2. If you're concerned about hurting yourself by the bo staff that's made out of wood, PVC pipe, even metal, I highly recommend to purchase a foam padded bo staff. 3. Practice × 3, in other words Practice Practice Practice.
