    Great information on the three money tips.
    1. Money is only valuable when you use it.
    2. All money is someone else's money.
    3. How do I get money to multiply, i.e. investments.

      @WS 95 i have the 1st and 2nd thing but don't know how to multiply it SAVELY but SLOWLY (not too slowly tho) step by step! I don't need to do it fast and quick like the majority, No one talks about this, i know real estate is save but 1st i need at least 500k for one (i live in europe) i will need atleast 35 years to have 500k for it by then i'm an old man i still want to enjoy my youth (till 30-35)
      I'm 26 now! I'll wait 10 years for it but to wait 35 years is too long

    Not until I started my first business 20 years ago did I fully understood it. Im 56 y.o. been buying real estate since 1995 and Grant still inspires/ influences me. If you're young and starting out today is lucky to discover a guy like Grant. Love this dude!!

    Early saving and investing money creates compounds growth, it's a beautiful thing.But it takes focus and discipline. You need to be focused enough to commit to a plan and a process. I’m a dividend investor, my wife and I have invested in the s&p500, both through my TSP with the government and through fidelity in her 401-k. Cashed out 370k from the S&P and invested with a full service broker.. Until about 3years ago we were 100% in the s&p after over 30 years. I’m retiring at the end of the month at 59, while my wife will retire next year at 54. We currently have 5.7 million in out tex deferred savings.

      He is not a fraud but a very good business man. He's excellent in sales. He does not spend money, he invests it and people give him money for it. They want to be like him so they will pay top price to have him as a "mentor". He doesn't waste money; he's so much smarter than that. He tells you to spend money so that his cash flow can grow. That being said sometimes you've got to pay to play but at this moment in time a person can become wealthy so much easier.

    I can see why people don't agree with him or dislike him because he is literally telling us what most aren't. He gave the point of how you get streams of income when he said, "It's the content you are after..." He hit on the money! I don't care I'm investing in my life and it takes money. I swear he is right when he was talking about getting freebies...Glean from the vessel not talk about him.

    • @Janky-fn1hb
      @Janky-fn1hb 5 років тому +5

      He tells you the secret in plain and clear terms. I'm not a huge GC follower, but he's absolutely right in this video. The "secret" is just your brand, or if you wanna get more broad, 'investing in yourself'. He talks about building your brand and engaging the right people, as well as putting your money to USE, not wasting it on dumb shit. Your brand is your own - that's the 'secret' part. His is selling seminars and speeches and RE and whatever else. Yours might be cooking, or art, or building things, or whatever. The basic premise is the same. Utilize money to build your brand, network and help good people succeed, and go HARD on that, without getting content.

    Money for life is the secret. It won’t take much for you to be successful with your money. But it will require learning three basic financial concepts. Yes, to improve your odds of building a large nest egg for retirement or earning as much money as possible over the course of your lifetime, you’ve got to get a handle on compound interest, inflation, and risk diversification. That's the foundation Grant Cardon and Chris Vandernaald has built on over the years. Very great personalities.

    • @michaelbob7500
      @michaelbob7500 4 роки тому +11

      If you set aside $30,000 when you’re 18 and your money earns 7% or so per year you’ll be a millionaire by the time you’re 68. “That’s the power of compounding,” said Chris Vandernaald". I always love his view about the compound interest.

He can’t control that which is why everyone won’t get rich, and the reason why we all have our own individual “secret” it’s a spiritual journey as much as a material / physical journey. Its 2am here, pretty much stuck in life, I was browsing through youtube feed and saw your name, googled it and started watching your videos. Im wondering how your journey went from being kicked out from your brick house to where you are now, coz Im at the position where you were in back then. No place to return to, and robbed of my money hitting rock bottom. Please share. Thank you

    Other people’s money is energy that goes around and touches everyone that earns it then it comes back around to collect for the ones that deserve it You got to stay on the wave of the energy and ride it until you fall off

    I spent half my life in the Army. I finally retired and I discovered your channel.
    I feel like every video I watch turns on a light in a new room in my head. I’ll finish my degree at the end of the year and excited to work and have a second source of income (military pension) available to start to really invest and change my family’s life. To give them the life they deserve.
    Thank you for all your videos and all your materials and mentorship.

    Avoid debt. Cut costs. Building wealth is in your mindset, work on that and your financial potentials becomes exponential, develop good habits like regularly putting money away in intervals for investments .The financial market has plenty of opportunities to earn.. I made my first million from passive investing in diverse assets mainly stocks , etfs and high yield dividends with the help of my adviser Susan Kay Mack..it's been a year of steady growth..

      debt is good if you can buy assets. Then the assets bay for the debt. But if your going to buy useless crap that does not make you money then yeah that kind of debt is really bad.

    Grant, you made great points of how people need to re-consider the nature of money. And you enouraged people to invest their money on things that can generate passive income, which I totally agree on. However, it comes to the next question, or challenge to me or everyone, how to aviod bad investment, and bad habit when you evaluating a investment. Thanks you.

    I like the realization that money is not ever ours in a functional way... non-functional yes, but worthless like that. I also like how you showed you gain more time by essentially having employees do your work for you. It was great how you drove that fact home by showing all of the employees.
