I don't think ki salicylic acid ki itni jyada hype honi chahiye for your acne obviously I mean it's very nice for blackheads whiteheads open pores and for oil control. But I don't think ki salicylic acid se severe acne thik hote hai. Mujhe 3 saal tak acne rahe hai wo bhi bahut severe wale and it doesn't help me too much.Benzoyl peroxide is good for severe acne.

And I also used clinsol gel my doctor prescribed me that it's very good and affordable too. In one month my acne was vanished.
