Hi.. Yes Amazon have these kind of issues. If you return any products you will start getting message saying you have high returns your account would be monitored. Arrey is you don't provide quality products why will we keep it. White exchange process you would get back the same product. Never go for exchange try returning it.

One funny story comes to mind. I ordered 2 shower caps from Amazon but I got some werid eye pillows with some leaf stuffing .😂 When i inquired they told me to keep it and they'll refund me in Amazon cash only. What a sh*t show.

Many products in amazon are replaceble not returnable, clothing shopping from amszon is very bad ,they send old dirty clothes . I dnt buy any expensive item online. Plz do amazon decor haul much needed..❤❤
