Hi. Thank you very much for the recipe! I've made a few times the cheese,just added some dried oregano together with caraway seeds. Tastes great, just like my grandma use to do. I want to make one with dry fruits. How much sugar would you add to preserve it from spoiling fast?
Hey, we haven't tried adding sugar to preserve it, however you can put to the freezer the freshly made cheese. When it's thawed it will taste as good as fresh.

How do you dry the cheese out better for melting?
you can dry the cheese in food dehydrator. If you would cook it in pan, it will melt little.

Ne, pasterizuotame piene bakterijos žuvusios, tad nesurūgs.

@@efkute20 Pasterizuotas pienas puikiai rugsta, reikia tik ideti 2-3 saukstus geros fermentuotos grietines.
@@phosphorstar Darau anglijoje kuo puikiausiai rugsta.Labai skanu sūrį valgom daug metų iš paprasto parduotuvių pieno sutraukiu su citrinos rūgštele.
@@efkute20 viskas gaunasi isbandyta daug metu.Męs irgi ne lietuvoj gyvenam.Tai dabar yra lenkų pardės ten yra gero riebaus rugusio pieno pirkti.
