I’ve had this question so many times ,is the Hotone Ampero Stage 2 a better amp modeler than the Ampero mini,I found out they are very different but thought I’d let you decide.

I have the Mini and the Stage arrives this week. I had heard the Mini is the prior gen of Ampero DSP and modeling. The Stage is the newest DSP and models. I do plan on A/B on these anyways.

The stage 2 had more mids and was brighter. I hear quite a bit more detail in the stage. They are quite different in frequency response. It sounds like the IRs are a lot different.

Great video, I love this amperos. This comparation is very important to know the differences! But that doesn't mean the stage can't sound exactly like the mini with some tweaking I believe.
Any chance of sharing the preset of rhe mini?
