I bought this kayak a week ago from this posting then yesterday the semi that was carrying the kayak got hit by 110mph wind gust from a nasty storm system yesterday and the kayak got crushed by other cargo

Love your reentry test. Looks like the pedal drive could make that difficult if you had gear on but that is probably true across pedal yaks. Great review!
+911 Tech yeah the drive could be an issue in te entry, but these kayaks are huge, there should be enough room to make it work. It is all about technique, thats why I believe you should definitely do some in depth testing like this so you know what to do when you flip 😁 safety first

You did fine making video and had fun, the question is in a real capsize situation you would more than likely be unable to push from the bottom of the sea or lake like you did from the bottom of the pool, how do you think you'd cope in such a situation? maybe your next video you could try this out, let me tell you it isn't as easy to upright a kayak or to climb back into one as you think, I thought it would be easy but it took some practice to learn the technique however now I've practiced it's much easier, I live in the Britain were we are not blessed with warm waters so the quicker we get back into our kayaks the better so it's very important to learn this technique before we decide to do some serious boating, anyhow thanks for the video.

Nice video!!! I'm looking to buy my first kayak and is very interested in a propel drive. Will you be loading this into a truck, or on top of an SUV or car? I guess the real question is, is it practical to load on top of an SUV or car? Again nice review.
+Andrew Pitre for years I transported my kayak in top of my old Ford Focus, now I have a truck. I would recommend getting high quality roof racks if your vehicle doesn't have a pair. There ways to upload the kayaks on top of a car or SUV without much difficulty. I should make a video about this. Hehe 👍😀

Yeah weight plays a big factor, if you need a sub $2000 yak yes big fish 108, if you could titan 13 would be better or Sportsman AutoPilot 136

One of the biggest factor when getting flipped is the swell or wave. Like when you are reaching for a fish and a swell comes by just as you are off balance.

Sit on top are self bailing so you can revolver everywhere pretty much, you can also plug the holes
