My mom just asked me the same question 😅 i told her it’s really the same to me, the only difference is that now the heat goes down faster than electric, my mom told me that it’s a big difference, she looooves gas stove 😊 but I honestly don’t see it my foods still cooks at same time and temperatures , the one thing I looooove is that I can cook the tortillas the way I did here, takes me back to my childhood

And I was wondering I would have thought that you would’ve added finely diced onions on top of your taco since you like onions. I like onions on my tacos but I don’t like cooked onions. I use queso Oaxaca! Seriously my favorite 😊 as for the onion I like them cooked so for me it’s perfect with the salsa but yessss I would still add some diced onions for me the more the better 😅
Does the spice come from the chile de arbol?if I only want it a little spicy, would you recommend maybe doing 4-5? You used 9 and mentioned it’s pretty spicy. Going to try this soon! Wish me luck 😀
