I never buy any seasoning whose main ingrediant is salt. That's just a way to sell salt for high prices. Ocassionaly you can find a mixed season without thebpriary ingrediant being salt. I can always add my own salt for cheap

He usually soaks for 20 - 30 minutes. He tastes at 20 min, then every five minutes, until they are seasoned the way he likes.
