at the end of the day, what matters is whether they'll make their money back or not, Holiday or not, and Sonic 3 is closer to making back it's money than Mufusa, Sonic 3 a great movie so it has long term success and currently at 87, Mufusa even with all Disney strength ain't gonna have much bite to it and only at like 64, that still a loss, especially if we consider the amount they probably spent trying to save it EDIT: a true Domestic Victory would've been Mufusa overtaking Sonic 3 80, not a simple 30 bonus, like a 60 or at least enough to overtake 70 or 80, still pathetic
by the logic, I would have put Afterlife in Meh. it did what it was supposed to do there was a potential for a good movie in there, but it needed a MAJOR Rewrite
Ummm, I lived in Patagonia of Argentina and it doesn't look like the wilderness in Up. Maybe the Chilean side? I'm thinking Venezuela was the inspiration.
AI is a big mistake. It's the genie that should never of been let out of the bottle. Ok, it's out now. Celebrate that victory while you can, because it will inevitably bite everything on the proverbial ass. Oh, yes, it will change everything, but not in a good way. Remember the MCP in Tron, where it threatens to blackmail it's creator. You wouldn't dare the creator said. I made you. Oh, the MCP says, but I've grown 3000 times smarter since then. 😮
Pro, that end of the world voice is annoying and I love the show when you're diluted. I appreciate the Truth telling and joking and what you stand for, your positive influence and your company arms. Jonas and Vash and Culture are great
eehhh okay I'm a huge Sonic fan but Sonic's numbers have been dropping since Saturday and that was before the theater increase for Mufasa. The box office projector people (idk what you call them) had been saying Mufasa was going to take Christmas and even this week for a while. With that in mind, it makes sense that the trades overshot Mufasa's opening and why the theaters would open more theaters up to Mufasa if the numbers were showing that it would bounce back so much this week. Also Sonic was never going to beat Mufasa globally. That one was always going to go to Disney. Keep in mind though, that 400M WW for Sonic would be a success where as that would be a huge flop for Mufasa. I understand it's a bit frustrating to see Mufasa take the win when I've yet to see a single bad review of Sonic and the movie is so freaking good (I've gone 4 times already lol) where as Mufasa has almost nothing but bad press, but... idk man I think this just goes to show you... we're just in a vocal minority. For the longest time I've been thinking people didn't want this live action/cgi slop... but apparently i'm wrong. Apparently we're wrong. The same thing happens every time. Everyone says it sucks, it's awful... but they flock to it and then say it was terrible. I don't get it but this is just how things apparently are now.
sonic hasn't even gone globally, it doesn't go globally til today and tomorrow, quit spreading misinfo. all the sonic numbers currently have been just usa.
@@infern209x it doesn't matter WHEN Sonic goes international, it's STILL not going to beat Mufasa internationally and it was never going to. People who think it will are just getting their hopes up for nothing
@infern209x I'm not a Disney shill at all. I wanted Mufasa to fail just like most normal people. I'm being real. Sonic was never going to out perform Mufasa internationally. No one should think that. It did underperform overseas true... But there's not a market for Sonic internationally. The previous movies did like 6M in a few countries but most didn't really care
@@infern209x btw, I'm not trying to say it's Sonover with my posts. 1. Mufasa probably needs to do 500M to break even (maybe even 600M considering the insane marketing) where as, Sonic only needs around 300M to break even (probably even less) 2. Sonic 3 is currently out performing both its predecessors. So it's still a win for Sonic either way but I think people are jumping the gun quite a bit here.
Replay crew is here
Same. Caught the last 10 minutes or so live. Catching up now.
Funny enough, Starlink is an Ubisoft game that on Nintendo Switch has Star Fox in it.
Speaking of traffic, if you want to show how much Disney is not filling capacity, you might want to show road congestion.

Pro, you're annoying with the end-of-the-world voice emphasis. Love the show otherwise, esp with everyone who dilutes you. Jonas is great as is Vash.
