Same happened with me also watch comes in a different box and it was full of scratches and back side of the watch was dirty
It feels like someone was using the watch roughly and they packed the same watch and send it to me
May be seller got changed … well back then Watches too used to come with open box delivery 📦!! My friend ordered timex with same issue . Did you placed replacement?
