@@jaycee1308 honestly I'm not sure if it really had anything to do with this but I had a heart arrhythmia, meaning my heart looped and wouldn't stop pounding at 180-210 bpm. Ambulance came and gave me something to stop it from racing. The only things from my normal life was I had added the c4 and creatine during the time. Looking back I was under a lot of stress that day that I can remember and I was going hard on the Foosball table that night with the coworkers at the end of the shift. Thats the time it happened. So I cut out the creatine and pre-workout (c4) just incase it did have something to do with it. Today I am currently back on creatine and a pre-workout and have a different view on life so I don't stress out as much over the little things.
I’ll b honest, I barely felt anything from Gorilla mode.. for the price i was quite disappointed, giving the ingredients I thought an awesome pre was inevitable. I was wrong, also it clumped so bad, but now I’m waiting on pure one.
No offense brother. I mean with 300 and plus mgs of Alpha gpc and caff with other CNS and nuero modulators bypassing Blood brain barrier thing. One thing is sure. These high quantities are required for a manual labor work throughout the day. I mean the brain cells will die eventually same way blue scrotum can't relax. I also take similar things but once or twice a week or on a mountain climb. Wonder how PPL will get off this once they want to if taking regular. Also when you load these you need a sleep sup, recovery sup, collagen saver and what not. It's like another woman getting along everywhere.
Regardless your not supposed to take pre workout every time you work out if you don’t want to get immune to caffeine. That why I got my creatine and also my pre workout and just take creative on the days that I don’t take pre work out. Soo at the end prework out will last you a pretty long time if your smart
What’s creative? If you mean creatine?? Creatine is something that can and should be taken daily separately from your pre workout. I agree a pre workout isn’t necessary for every workout, these are just my top 5 recommendations for people looking for Pre workouts
@@CurtisHigh yes but you shouldn’t take creatine on the days that you take pre work out because pre-workout already has creatine soo you would be taking double doses
@@emmanuelalvarez579 totally wrong, not all pre workouts contain creatine. And even if it does, it’s not something you can over consume, you’ll simply just excrete any excess you don’t use

Hey man great review 👍 I was wondering if you can recommend a pre-work out for someone who's having health problems. My suspicion is I probably have RA and MS just incase I do have MS I wanted to do my last journey of getting big again before I can't and regret it. I'm in the process but I lack energy when working out now I need that extra boost or I can't perform. So I'm pretty much cutting off all bad ingredients like artificial sweeteners and looking for a healthy naturally sweetened or a non flavored pre workout that I can be positive I won't have any reaction with. Any recommendations would be appreciated 👍
Thanks for the message, and great to hear you’re giving it one big blast to have no regrets! So I can recommend a some Pre workouts with no artificial sweetener.. • Naked Nutrition - Naked Energy • RARI Nutrition - Infinity • Smart Strength - Pure power But I’d certainly recommend speaking with your doctor before hand to get his professional opinion 👌👌
Hey man , just stumbled upon your channel/video , was wondering if you could to top 5 preworkouts just for EU based countries? Since its expensive as hell to get shipping's from USA, its unfortunate but I struggle not feeling too bad blowing my money :/ Great video overall!!
@@CurtisHigh For example Wrecked by Huge Supplements doesn't ship to EU at all. And the other American based ones cost a lot when it comes to the shipping.
Hey man! Appreciate the recommendation! Hooligan V5 by Apollo Nutrition is actually a great PRE! 7g L-Citrulline is a super amount! 450mg caffeine! Will wake anyone up! So yes defo one that would hold its own against this top 5 👍
Total war is good but for some reason every flavor I've tried is like drinking battery acid it's not a flavor it's like a feeling , it even makes my water taste like acid
I really enjoyed the original Jacked pre workout and would love to know which pre workout is comparable to that one. I also used the NLAforHer Uplift pre workout but again, nothing is like the original Jacked. Would appreciate your feedback. Tfs
Hey mate, yeah the vid is chaptered. If your using a computer you’ll be able to see in the timeline, if using a mobile you’ll see it at the bottom of the information section 👍
Great video, but there is one thing I don't get... so, if total war gets a 5/5 in terms of performance (aka the main purpose of a pre-workout), then how are the ingredients 2.5/5? shouldn't the ingredients be the main reason why a pre-workout works?
Great question, so to summarise… you could have a pre workout with only 750mg of caffeine and 5g creatine... This would give you extreme amounts of energy and a pump making your performance awesome and 5/5 but the Ingredients are poor, I base the ingredients rating on quality, clinical doses being hit and variety of studied proven ingredients. Hope that makes sense!
@@CurtisHigh Can you please summarise the importance of the key features ranking? You've put Bulk as a 1/5 meaning it scores 4 points fewer than it could have despite the price, ingredient and performance (all very good metrics) being highly ranked. Who cares what the tub looks like when you're going to rank it lower than worse performing pre workouts based off this? If you removed this one score, the rankings would look completely different and in my opinion would give a far better overall grade of each product.
@@Kusususususu I hear ya! But as stated at the start of this vid the performance and ingredients are all so close on these top ranked Pre’s that any could be given the number 1 spot so I have to have other things come into account for rankings, and I believe the price is important to a lot of people, so is the flavour and to me companies that sweat the small stuff like aesthetics of their products always go further in overall quality and produce an awesome overall product so to me all these are very important factors
I’m looking for a pre workout that is mostly natural ingredients. All of these have silicone in them. I love naked nutrition but they’re not in stores and I can’t get anything online right now unfortunately. Any suggestions?
Lol not 100% sure if you’re being serious but I’ll answer anyway. Scottish pounds are no different to English pounds as all can be used in united kingdom currency 👍
Lol im the same way , i dont drink my preworkout , whatever it may be for flavor . I drink for effect. Taste is the lowest attribute on the scale for me. That being said i do prefer preworkouts or any drink for that matter thats not fruit punch . not sure why but they give me heartburn.
Really nothing special about gorilla mode except a great dose of some pump ingredients, and the only stim that this product has is the caffeine content. A pre workout is considered great when it has more than 1 stimulant in it. The creatine that's in it is literally unecessary if one is already taking creatine...having creatine in it just makes it sound cool.....but like I said, gorilla mode is a great pump pre workout with a stimulant that one can quickly adapt to if taken every day.
5:35 If you could please on the pictures post them more to the side I guess and make the image of the ingredients bigger it's very difficult to read on screen cuz it's just small and blurry
@@CurtisHigh I put it up to 720p and then it gets more clear but then 1080p it's it's it's clear right my usually watch you know videos on my phone so I just keep it at 480p to save the battery so that was my bad but definitely I'd highly recommend you know there's so much wasted space on that right side of you so probably you know showing a larger image would be cool especially with these you know the the the pre-workouts or supplements as soon as that's what I always look for and terms of any supplement I want to see the ingredients as you list them off and talk about them . As for the video is there any pre-workout that you would recommend that is not really high in caffeine cuz I am I don't want to get too dependent on caffeine but I heard per crowds that have nitric oxide or something of that sort are good You know get to help you get just pumped you know like get off and get going get off your ass I do like the beta alanine the feeling the tingles just I know it's not for super long what it just wakes you up has some days you're just like I don't want to go to the gym I want to do anything I'm lazy as hell so yeah but hey thanks for the reply though any future videos I don't know I tried taking some creatine It was the on series brand sorry I don't know if it's a great brand but I stopped taking it cuz I got crazy bloated and then I gained some weight but you know I just felt so bloated so it didn't I didn't like it I do understand that you know it helps you to retain water in your muscles and all that so loading probably comes in with it but I did take it before the workout so I guess I should have waited till after most people are saying take it after but yeah but then when I first researched it they said oh it helps you to get one or two more reps into your set or whatever right It makes you feel like that's what you you could have done well I don't know man there's a lot of mixed match information out there

Why give ghost legend a lower score for ingredients when the they were improved from the original formula? I wish you had provided justification for the 2/5.
It’s a very valid point bro thanks, looking back I think maybe I was harsh with this score, and 1 extra point would have made all the difference! I’d just like to see bigger doses

hey, on the ingredients section of each pre workout i post the label which shows you what each has in terms of grams for 1 scoop. on average this is around 15g
Bro i have a question. I weigh 102 kilos and have been lifting for 6 weeks now, i tried half a scoop of total war, didnr feel anything, then i did 1 scoop and still didnt feel anything, today i tried 1,5 scoop and still didnt feel anything. First preworkout ever and i dont usually consume caffeine. Any reason why this could be?
Bruh you sure you ain’t taking a fake total war lol. Could be fake that’s why you can’t feel anything?? Or Idk how you can’t feel it… I mean when I take pre workout. I don’t explode in energy or anything but it makes me push even more and stay consistent for 2-3 without getting insanely tired and low on energy.
Make sure you didn't just eat a big meal, don't drink too much water with it and if possible sleep well. If you use a big scoop it should make you perform better and possibly give you a tingly feeling.
It affects people differently, I’d recommend just giving it a try and enjoying the pros. For me.. 3 PROs • crazy energy to the point I worked out like a maniac and felt light headed after. • Great muscle pumps • long lasting energy 2 CONs • Feeling jittery afterwards. (Maybe the fact you workout like a maniac / maybe the yohimbe) • poor sleep if taken after 3pm

@@CurtisHigh thanks for the reply. Honestly been thinking of the gorilla mind product. They do have a stim free one as well.
C4? Hospital visit? Whats the corellation?
I seen a beet juice pre workout u should try
Have you tried the Lit Af pre workout? I want to see it compared to your tops
I’ll b honest, I barely felt anything from Gorilla mode.. for the price i was quite disappointed, giving the ingredients I thought an awesome pre was inevitable. I was wrong, also it clumped so bad, but now I’m waiting on pure one.
So it’s overrated
So, the bribe came in. Nice. Good for you.
Have no idea what you mean but thanks
Great video man but have you done a review on the new c4 dynasty?
Thank you mate! Love C4, but haven’t had the latest
Over priced for something you can get something else with similar ingredients..
Need some for my work outs
CBUM is legit 👌🏼
Yeah a nice pre 👌
I've always enjoyed beta alanine. I'm interested in gorilla mode, may have to check it out
Not gonna lie. Gorilla Mode has given me a pump outta hell! I rep 225 like it’s a mt barbell, and push 315 like it’s 2 plates. My strength is thru the roof 💪🏽
@@USO50ULAVALE fr its worth the price
• Naked Nutrition - Naked Energy
• RARI Nutrition - Infinity
• Smart Strength - Pure power
But I’d certainly recommend speaking with your doctor before hand to get his professional opinion 👌👌
I'm very new at pre workout. I just bought my first one like 3 weeks ago. Thanks for the info. The one I got isn't on your list
Interesting
Thanks 👍
Hey man , just stumbled upon your channel/video , was wondering if you could to top 5 preworkouts just for EU based countries? Since its expensive as hell to get shipping's from USA, its unfortunate but I struggle not feeling too bad blowing my money :/ Great video overall!!
Thanks mate! I am in the U.K. and all these products are available here? What ones can you not get hold of?
@@CurtisHigh For example Wrecked by Huge Supplements doesn't ship to EU at all. And the other American based ones cost a lot when it comes to the shipping.
I love that there is a pre-workout called crack 😅
Haha great marketing! 😆
Darklabs pre-workout is #1
You should try Apollon Nutrient range.. I cant fault except for price... but thats quality I guess....
Few comments saying very similar! I always enjoy the total war flavours!
@@CurtisHigh maybe it's a allergy of some sort
I really enjoyed the original Jacked pre workout and would love to know which pre workout is comparable to that one. I also used the NLAforHer Uplift pre workout but again, nothing is like the original Jacked. Would appreciate your feedback. Tfs
Is pre-workout better for u then energy drinks? Sorry I’m new to this
im also new but it’s better for me it helps me gave energy and better workout overall
Ghost, total war?
These are light weight pre's. Find some real pre workouts
You should try the Hosstile pre-workout
Hey. I bought the ABE preworkout today ,but i couldn't feel much difference ,is it a good pre workout🙄
Total war is at 20$ on Amazon as of right now! Be quick though, it's only for today
Nice!
U can get it for that on their website
The most trademarked ingredients are in allmax impact igniter .. pls go thru the ingredients and lmk if I should try it
I don’t think you did chapter the video, unless it just isn’t showing up. Great vid tho!
It’s Pre Kaged for me and it’s not even close
Made the top 5 a few years back,
I’m looking for a pre workout that is mostly natural ingredients. All of these have silicone in them. I love naked nutrition but they’re not in stores and I can’t get anything online right now unfortunately. Any suggestions?
Does anyone know when Thermal spark is getting re-stocked? Also is the romeo health version the same ? or no? or what supplements are similar.
First time watching. You mention that the first product was 29 in english money. I'm really struggling because I use scottish money
Lol not 100% sure if you’re being serious but I’ll answer anyway.
Scottish pounds are no different to English pounds as all can be used in united kingdom currency 👍
Anyone using Thunderstom? I think it's a new product?
Lol im the same way , i dont drink my preworkout , whatever it may be for flavor . I drink for effect. Taste is the lowest attribute on the scale for me. That being said i do prefer preworkouts or any drink for that matter thats not fruit punch . not sure why but they give me heartburn.
Gorilla mode is killer but just expensive and some times out of stock... Pay for what you get with this product!
Any you’d rate direct from the uk? Pain in the arse having to get from the states all the time… unless you can get these from the uk?
Genius nutrition Warcry! 👍👍
What’s the best pre workout in Australia? Any aussies here
You gotta try El Jefe!
Not heard of this one! I’ll look in to it!
5:35 If you could please on the pictures post them more to the side I guess and make the image of the ingredients bigger it's very difficult to read on screen cuz it's just small and blurry
Definitely small, but it’s a HD ingredient list. I can read absolutely fine
Defo not blurry 😂 👓
@@CurtisHigh I put it up to 720p and then it gets more clear but then 1080p it's it's it's clear right my usually watch you know videos on my phone so I just keep it at 480p to save the battery so that was my bad but definitely I'd highly recommend you know there's so much wasted space on that right side of you so probably you know showing a larger image would be cool especially with these you know the the the pre-workouts or supplements as soon as that's what I always look for and terms of any supplement I want to see the ingredients as you list them off and talk about them .
As for the video is there any pre-workout that you would recommend that is not really high in caffeine cuz I am I don't want to get too dependent on caffeine but I heard per crowds that have nitric oxide or something of that sort are good You know get to help you get just pumped you know like get off and get going get off your ass I do like the beta alanine the feeling the tingles just I know it's not for super long what it just wakes you up has some days you're just like I don't want to go to the gym I want to do anything I'm lazy as hell so yeah but hey thanks for the reply though any future videos I don't know I tried taking some creatine It was the on series brand sorry I don't know if it's a great brand but I stopped taking it cuz I got crazy bloated and then I gained some weight but you know I just felt so bloated so it didn't I didn't like it I do understand that you know it helps you to retain water in your muscles and all that so loading probably comes in with it but I did take it before the workout so I guess I should have waited till after most people are saying take it after but yeah but then when I first researched it they said oh it helps you to get one or two more reps into your set or whatever right It makes you feel like that's what you you could have done well I don't know man there's a lot of mixed match information out there
@@andyhomes6868 Man it was so damn blurry that not even a trans person would look at it cuz it looks too trans... Formed
That was a bad joke but whatever I ain't a professional comedian so you get what you get
@@cobaltblue5523 glad the resolution sorted it! So yeah Iv very recently done a video review of a “moreformular” supplement called “Juicy pump” that’s non stimulant and very good!!
i got the ghost legend v2 based on this, and it tastes great, but it doesn't seem to have things at the appropriate levels i.e. creatine and l-citrulline.
4000mg of L-Citrulline is great,
And creatine in a pre workout I personally wouldn’t class as appropriate, most people supplement this
What do you think of Kaged’s Pre Workout Elite?
Just ok, didn’t feel a crazy effect from it
@@CurtisHigh any more specific details?
Gold crack is the strongest pre work
What do you think about Bucked up
Love bucked up! Was one I considered for sure!
Sorry I'm new here can someone explain why L citrulline is better than citrulline malate please
I don’t see the chapters
Ridiculous KXR should be on the list
The grape Ghost is so good Welches grape and it’s has a bit lower caffeine
Since this vid Iv tried several of ghosts flavours and have to admit they are some of my favs!
@@CurtisHigh havnt tried the other flavours but the grape is just to good and I don’t like sour apple so I definitely won’t try that one. I try to alternate different ones not sure if that’s a good thing. With prices going up on food and fuel I just picked up C4 it’s ok but I’m definitely ready to try the ones you put on the top of the list!! Thanks Hello from Canada 🇨🇦
You were in military?
anyone ever try “bucked up” pre workout ? i see it everywhere
Sure thing! I have a full video review of it! Great pre workout!
Hey would you recommend, ryse pump powder??
Certainly would 👍👍
@@CurtisHigh thank you so much!!!
Can u recomend me a preworkout for a nasty pump
Yeah there are 9 to choose from in this video
What’s a good one for abs and chest??
Are you under the assumption that taking a certain pre workout will give you a better chest and abs?
@@CurtisHigh no I’m just really learning about it I just need a lil boost I can see the abs and chest coming in
@@MikehooksEm ok cool, so all of these will give you a boost in performance when it comes to pushing yourself in workouts.
Obviously diet wise … growing your chest muscles & Cutting body fat to see your abs are two very different things.
I don't get why you got to rate the ingridients, why do they matter
People who go to the gym and use pre workouts care about what goes in their body. They know more than you do
@@chefjwett well said 👏
Honestly gorilla mode didn’t do anything for me. I 2 scoop and don’t feel anything. C4 sport or even a cup of coffee give me a better pump lol
In terms of mass, how much is one serving on avg(one scoop)?
hey, on the ingredients section of each pre workout i post the label which shows you what each has in terms of grams for 1 scoop. on average this is around 15g
I believe the "key details" should be replaced with asthetic next year
No need it’s pretty much the same thing but covers more
@@CurtisHigh okay! Also thanks for the reply
@@SacredBandBoy we all here for that tingly feeling
I got guerilla mode and it just made me focused and quiet.
Not heard of that one, focus is good 👍 maybe more gym goers need this to quiet them down lol
I can not find the total was with no flavor anywhere, advice?
Not if it’s not on their website
What are the pros and cons of edge of insanity.....it will be my first ever pre workout experience
It affects people differently, I’d recommend just giving it a try and enjoying the pros.
For me..
3 PROs
• crazy energy to the point I worked out like a maniac and felt light headed after.
• Great muscle pumps
• long lasting energy
2 CONs
• Feeling jittery afterwards. (Maybe the fact you workout like a maniac / maybe the yohimbe)
• poor sleep if taken after 3pm
