St. Pete and Hines/Rays give update on stadium and Historic Gas Plant District redevelopment

On Thursday, St. Pete City leaders held a lengthy discussion on the goals of the Historic Gas Plant District development and the future of the Rays stadium. There are also going to be a few penalties worked into the deal, if the developers don't do what they promised. Alexa Manning is a resident in St. Pete and grew up making memories in the Historic Gas Plant District.

That area is a Real Estate Gold Mine! That area needs to be redeveloped ASAP build the stadium the housing concert hall museum bars etc.. and people will come form all over the country to live there Florida is the Magnet of AMERICA!! IF YOU BUILD IT THEY WILL COME!! Florida is the most booming economy in the country people are doing anything to move here!! GO RAYS HERE TO STAY !!!
