Regardless of the checkin counter was right or not ,it’s good to learn this sort of hurdle could come ur way while flying wiz air ,i was thinking of flying with them from Auh to Central Asian country,hope u enjoyed and had a great time in Bosnia.

This is something my Australian friend told me to check in before you reach Airport in Europe or in West. In India, this is not a issue.
Indigo has also made web check-in compulsory in INDIA but they state it clearly on their website and apps.

Wizzair is budget airline, they don’t allow recline to fit in more seats and they don’t use jet bridge in airports to save money.
That is how their tickets are extremely cheap.
