I must say that the webcam quality is a little too basic, slightly disappointed there, but overall, acer did good. It's a great package.

Hello, do you know why my predator doesn't want to switch to performance mode, it only works in balanced mode and heats up. I always used performance mode because it didn't heat up and today I can't change the mode. I've probably tried all available options and nothing helps
@@techshackOG No. I just logged in to the system and immediately the balanced mode was turned on and it was set to performance. After switching to performance, the color of the power diode should change to purple and then it remains blue. It does not show reading parameters in predator sense at all. In personal settings, when I enter predator sense, the graphics card works. A message appears that the file format is incompatible or the file exceeds the maximum supported size. I don't know what file it could be.
I am not sure of what u are talking about here. Do one thing, plugg in ur laptop and turn charging on (even if its 100%). Then try to do what u wanna achieve . If it still doesn't work, send fresh screenshots of the error to on my Instagram handle instagram.com/techshackyt?igsh=MWpqamE5a2Zncmdtdg==

Just an example, my friend @TheRadPhoenix is using aacer nitro, that he bought about 5 or so years back. And although he faced some GPU issue, after so many years, his laptpp keeps on coming back to life even when service centre had given up. Acer is GOOD
Acer also makes low-end laptops which then get bad reviews. However the Helios line is more expensive and of better build quality than Acer's budget line like Nitro.
Hello, I bought the same one but with i9 14900 HX processor with 4060 graphics and I am a little bit concerned about the heating as the CPU temp of my laptop gets 56-70 degree Celsius even while just using chrome and doing minimal task. And also my device does not have a co-pilot button, is this normal should I return the device?
If ur laptop is reaching such temps while idling., be on look out for following - 1. There aren't any unnecessary background apps running (check task manager) 2. Ur laptop might need cleaning or thermal paste replacement

There is no problem with msi. Infact i am soon uploading a video on that laptop. Its just a matter of personal preferences in case i have to choose between 2. Both laptops are good. My friend @TheRadPhoenix is using predator for long time with no issues at all.
Predator Helios neo 16 is supposed to be the upper segment model with 1. Bettee specs 2. Better design 3. Better features Neo is supposed to be a bit lower and comparatively budget segment with a BIT lower specs and features.... And ofc, lower price.

Big ass comment alert - Based on ur usage, u can easily go for macbook and neo 16 Go for macbook if u value 1. Looks and Brand prestige 2. Battery life 3. Dont mind buying softwares, which generally are free in windows 4. Dont want to game AT ALL ! 5. If u have steller laptop handling . 6. Comfortable using MAC OS. Else, just go for a windows based neo 16. Battery life wont be too great comparatively ,but every thing else is great. Personally i wud go with neo 16 as i can game on it, windows is a versatile platform , i am almost always plugged in wherever i work , so no battery issues. I'll say, first decide which OS u want to go for. As everything else can be managed (battery , performance , esthetics, portability ) but if u not comfortable using MAC OS, none of benefits of apple will matter.

I mainly focus on cpu I worried about DPC latency while recording audio staff and its there a gap like cpu decrease when. compared to rtx 4060 even tho they have the same Cpu . No , it definitely shouldn't be happening . Check for following 1. Driver issues or conflicts (update drivers and restart ) 2. System resource overload (check for unnecessary apps/processes running in background in task manager ) 3. Hardware malfunctions 4. Firmware or software problems (reinstall the audio/music software u using)

The model number mentioned like 'PHN1672' is very subjective to thr area and region of laptop. So this model may have some features in your country but not in others. Which creates confusion . Moreover brands now have totally different model names for same laptop in 2 different countries . And everyone is not that tech savy to understand all this. The logic behind mentioning the make year is because this laptop was present in both years, but this year, the brand made some changes, YEAR gives an idea that we are talking about the one that launched THIS YEAR. Coz everyone wud have some idea with model's year, rather than the actual model number, which as said earlier , is useless in case of different regions.

What you can do is, call customer support before ordering to enquire about these details. More than often, they have the required details. Or else, u can try the amazon link shared in video. If its the same region as urs, it will be ensured u will get the same laptop. Companies have to accommodate the customer types in all regions, which have different needs. Hypothetical example, my region customers may need laptop for video editing more, and yours region customers may need laptop primarily for gaming. So companies will balance the cost and make same laptop available with better screen color gamut in my region but lower gpu wattage (that needs laptop more for editing) and visa versa in ur region as ur region has more gamers, so more wattage needed.

There is something wrong here, cause my MSI Vector laptop with i9 14900hx cpu, rtx 4080 gpu, and 32 gb dual channel ram scores around 17k cpu score, 19k gpu score, and 19k overall in 3D mark time spy, and these numbers are very similar to other laptops with same specs.

The co pilot button may not be present in a particular variant. Its not that great anyways. You wont miss it.
