I remember when I was reading it for the first time I only ended up guessing the difference when the hidden inventory arc was they're and the plot twist was insane. Moving on, Gojo obliterated Hanami. Even with a handicap of holding back due to the civilians around. It's a bit of a shame. Hanami got interrupted from doing her domain expansion by Gojo last time. So she died without us ever seeing what it was. Unfortunate. I love Mahito hopping off the train after causing havoc and then being super happy. Even when facing Gojo, he seems to still be having fun. And considering how strong Gojo is, that just tells you how carefree Mahito is. Such a chaotic force. Finally, the reveal of Geto. Gojo was so strong that he annihilated Hanami. So strong that he took down an insane amount of transfigured humans in only a few minutes. But when he saw the body of his best friend, his mind froze up. Everything that he had been gifted in life told him that the person standing in front of him was Geto. But the depths of his soul cried out and told him that wasn't true. We were given a mention of Yuta as well, and while Gojo thinks Yuta could one day rival him, the person standing in for Geto seems to disagree. We start off this battle with our strongest player removed from the board. How fun.
Yeah today's chapter eclipsed one piece gear four reveal for the most shocking in a while, like your reading it and don't believe it sorta shocking and the debates and coping are out of this world. People who hate plot armor wishing for it. Its been really fun to watch your reactions as a manga reader, I was hoping they would adapt the geto reveal this week so I could see your guys reaction to the umbrella theory being proved right. One of my favorite parts of this episode happened when gojo was getting sealed, they didnt linger on it in the anime but in the manga when gojo looks at prison realm he cant see his face, all thats there is a void. I thought it was an interesting way to show how gojo is percieved by others, especially with all the students calling him simply "the strongest" at the beginning of the episode. Gojo struggles with understanding himself and who exactly satoru is when hes not the strongest sorcerer alive, so him being devoid of identity in the eye of the prison realm was really interesting to me. Cant wait for next week, I look forward to your guys reactions more than the actual ep lmao

I love Mahito hopping off the train after causing havoc and then being super happy. Even when facing Gojo, he seems to still be having fun. And considering how strong Gojo is, that just tells you how carefree Mahito is. Such a chaotic force.
Finally, the reveal of Geto. Gojo was so strong that he annihilated Hanami. So strong that he took down an insane amount of transfigured humans in only a few minutes. But when he saw the body of his best friend, his mind froze up. Everything that he had been gifted in life told him that the person standing in front of him was Geto. But the depths of his soul cried out and told him that wasn't true. We were given a mention of Yuta as well, and while Gojo thinks Yuta could one day rival him, the person standing in for Geto seems to disagree. We start off this battle with our strongest player removed from the board. How fun.
Yeah today's chapter eclipsed one piece gear four reveal for the most shocking in a while, like your reading it and don't believe it sorta shocking and the debates and coping are out of this world. People who hate plot armor wishing for it. People saying gege was never able to write well and the arc is trash and how the entire series was never good etc. Crazy and the volume drop...this might outsell monthly for one piece. Trending on twitter too...and this ep wow. This year is jjk, and one piece for its animation, plus little competition this year unlike that year where bocchi the rock and other series could steal the spotlight from action fan haters.

Honestly this was the moment Jujutsu Kaisen really got me hooked. Even though the past arc was insanely good, this one made me feel like suddenly the stakes were at the highest they could be
That was the reason Gojo was the out in the Hanami fight so after he got sealed in this arc there would be no outs anymore just a straight fight for survival in every fight.

HXH did very good emotional story for the time, but this is like a modernized chimera where the pacing is faster and flows...don't say its overhyped till you see the whole thing. This arc is what made jjk able to surpass monthly sales of one piece the Juggernaut...and kept it kneck in neck as a new series...overhyped is over used and wrongly used here unless you only want something that's the most impressive thing in existence on tv but its just tv it cant be that good...

Its been really fun to watch your reactions as a manga reader, I was hoping they would adapt the geto reveal this week so I could see your guys reaction to the umbrella theory being proved right. One of my favorite parts of this episode happened when gojo was getting sealed, they didnt linger on it in the anime but in the manga when gojo looks at prison realm he cant see his face, all thats there is a void. I thought it was an interesting way to show how gojo is percieved by others, especially with all the students calling him simply "the strongest" at the beginning of the episode. Gojo struggles with understanding himself and who exactly satoru is when hes not the strongest sorcerer alive, so him being devoid of identity in the eye of the prison realm was really interesting to me. Cant wait for next week, I look forward to your guys reactions more than the actual ep lmao

Gojo basically did a 0.2 domain expansion so that all the humans would need some recovery but wouldn't end up braindead and die, and then went around killing them all in 299 seconds. So he ended up sacrificing nobody in exchange tho he also didn't do a unlimited void that would kill hanami mahito and jogo which is the side effect and because they can recover soon he just focused on the transfigured humans this moment is so cool.
Well, technically you haven't been proven right yet. You were right about the possession angle, but the Kamo Noritoshi angle has yet to be confirmed.
That said, predicting the possession angle itself is still an accomplishment, so good job either way.

21:52 it was one of the first images i saw of Jujutsu kaisen manga that made me interested in wanting to read it like 2 months before the s1 release. Based on sinopsis i thought that it is manga about some magic school like Harry Potter, but fucked up and thought it was just moment where we get introduction of some new antagonist.
