Thank you soooo much for your video. I knew I needed to clean the sail switch, but had no idea where it was. The manual was useless - you were very clear. Brava!

Thanks so much. I really like the tips. I’m a retired, soon to be, solo newbie. My rig will be here in January 23. While I wait, I’d rather learn stuff to build my confidence, than worry. So channels like yours are very helpful. Please keep them coming!

Nice job! Such an easy sail switch to access. My Suburban NT16 requires quite a bit of disassembly to get to the sail switch. It took me several hours.

Great tip. Never knew about the sail switch. I will be ready whenever this happens in the future now.

Yes, so nice to figure things out, I was ready to “Schedule that $175/hr service appt” and decided to look for a fuse etc but ended up learning all about sail switches! Happy Camping!

@@rvtipsandbitsneverstoplear3895 yes besides the cost savings, it also prevents the hassle of sending to to a dealer and waiting for an appointment and finally the time it takes for th final repair.

Good Video, I am not good with computer video editing, the sound went from quiet to loud at one point. I would think that can be changed with some sound compression. I also have seen posts where people are adding a furnace filter to the system as it does not have one. This might prevent the lint on the sail switch.
