- The Pioneer Leg/Sailing Leg 1 of the great Asia Expedition 2022/2023 went from Gothenburg to Helsingborg in southern Sweden. We left Gothenburg 8 June 2022, and after six days of sailing we arrived in Helsingborg 14 June 2022.
The visit in beautiful Helsingborg was four days of sunny weather. Thousands of visitors came on board to visit the ship, a welcome ceremony was held with the Port of Helsingborg and City of Helsingborg, and we hosted both business dinners and lunches on board. We also welcomed the group of new deckhands who signed on to sail with us to Helsinki.

Just a note: Our cannons may be replicas of the original cannons, but they are just for show and only shoot flour and pieces of newspaper. No persons, animals or ships were hurt in the making of this video. ;)

Våra kanoner skjuter bara mjöl och lite tidningspapper. Så inga människor eller båtar kom tills skada under inspelningen. 😉😊
