Hi, first of all, I really like your videos! Straight to the point and really nice explanations - please keep making videos. I wanted to ask if you have any information on training on my own. I am currently trying to shuttle feed myself and I am practising deceptions/net shots, everything else is not really possible at home. The ceiling is not high enough, so unfortunately I cannot practise overhead hitting motions. But are there any things I can really work on at home, myself? Apart from physical work/training obviously. And how do I feed myself correctly? I am only now getting into it and it's quite the task ...

Sorry, not quite understanding which shot you’re talking about. Can you explain again?
You need a very fast shuttle to clear that way. No one can do that with a medium plastic shuttle
It’s extremely hard to clear it! Gotta be super strong like HK Vittinghus 💪🏼
