We've owned 2 Escapes in last decade including the highly acclaimed Escape Hybrid. All were excellent. Sadly ppl troll all automakers for agenda based reasons. Escape was the orig small SUV! They know SUVs. We will be ordering a '23 Escape ST Hybrid.
Tim, I don’t see a lot of 2023 hybrid escapes near me in SW MO. I am interested in one (Platinum). Are they hard to order? Any info if Ford is going to do a hybrid escape in 2024?
@@megazero2735 Dealer is hoping no more than 6-8 months. The sooner you order the better. Ford sent me confirmation of my order saying it was one of the early orders. They also said getting and inspecting the parts will take time, but will give me progress reports along the way.
Thanks for this! I’m thinking of ordering a hybrid platinum. But I can’t tell if the interior “unique” trim is the wood grain, or is that chrome? Thanks!
Really nice video. Thank you for your attention to detail. I need to put my ducks in a row and then I'm going to contact your dealership. Thanks again.
Another informative video as always! I still wish Ford North America wouldn't do so much cost-cutting on this model. The mirror signals and puddle lamps are still missing. The static cornering lights are still gone. Still no heated rear seats or cooled front seats. They removed physical buttons and knobs, which has never gone over well. The Platinum is basically just an SEL trim level that gets an optional Titanium package. The PHEV is FWD only with a CVT, which makes it not competitive with any other PHEV. It is basically a useless vehicle. This is quite a disappointing and lazy refresh. The cost of this mild refreshed Escape is more than a Buick envision. ford really needs to take a step back and rethink how they rebrand vehicles.
Previously had 3 ford escapes. Very disappointed in all. My second one had 3 recalls in two years. Had mechanicle issues. My last one (2017) had transmission issues so I traded it for a 2022 Honda CRV. Extremely happy and satisfied.
I just bought this vehicle and this video was so well done I feel like I don't even need to read the owner's manual. Thank you so much
Thank you
How do you like your new vehicle? I’m still deciding and little afraid

I submitted an order late last year . Expect to recieve next month.
I hope to see blue cruise on the escape and explorer one day...
Which is the top of line Platinum or ST Elite and what is the difference?
Both, ST-LINE is a sport look vs the Platinum as the Chrome Luxury look.
Go to "Ford build and price." All the details are explained and you can see the differences as you build your Escape.

That's odd. Had 2 that were excellent including the highly acclaimed Escape Hybrid. I think your trolling here. Promoting foreign products! Bad.
Kias , fords, dodge chryslers are all crap vehicles.
