I see a potential softlock where the player doesn't go in the p door and the p switch timer expires. This could probably be fixed easily by an offscreen contraption which has a thwomp blocked by p blocks over a pipe that dispenses p blocks to keep the p switches constantly pressed.
technically not a softlock if they can die and restart, while it does suck, there is a way out of that situation
