If you're looking into management consulting, I mentioned companies like McKinsey, Bain, and BCG. They advertise positions for medical students and doctors on their careers page. If you do a quick google search you can find opportunities like this one for doctors --> www.mckinsey.com/careers/search-jobs/jobs/physicianconsultant-valuebasedcare-49397 and this one for medical students --> www.mckinsey.com/careers/search-jobs/jobs/mdfellow-19597. Depending on where you live, do a bit of research on the companies that you want to work for in your local area and reach out to them.

I didn't know what I wanted to do in the beginning but I did a lot of research and spoke to different people in health tech to figure out what I would be interested in and how I could best utilize my skills and expertise. Hello dear. Looking to solve health problems by developing products that improve healthcare delivery. I'm currently in final year medicine. Is it okay to do masters in business Administration as a way of starting my non clinical career?
I haven't completed an MBA, so I cannot speak from personal experience. However, some colleagues I know who pursued an MBA have mentioned that they wish they had obtained a degree in a more specialized field or skill.
If I graduate from a new medical school in the U.S., is it still possible to get into consulting? (considering that I may not decide to do residency?) Thank you.

Truly you can try other endeavors but you’ll always have medicine as a safety net.
