    * Just wanted to thank @SpamMusubi310 for the correct answer to my question at the end of the video. In case you didn't get to the end, it wasn't a contest or anything like that. I just wanted to know which games the sounds from the one item I showed came from. The pic in the url below is a small token of my appreciation for his correct answer. I figured the 2 magazines (ANTIC & ANALOG) were both from 40 years ago (Feb 1984) and are related to the Atari sounds he guessed. The Coleco Quiz Wiz #1 came out in 1980 but ties in nicely with keeping his "quiz" skills fresh. The "Things To Do Today" is the actual notepad from 1982 that internal Atari employees would use. I figured if I ask another question in the future, he could use it for notes, lol. I know, not much but they all are "vintage gaming memories" 😉

Atari Games: 1) Asteroids (arcade) 2) Centipede (arcade) 3) Missie Command (2600 version) 4) Asteroids (I think this is either the laser blast from the player or the saucer) 5) Pong (Pretty sure this is the arcade. Could be one of the stand-alone Pong consoles)

Nice job!! You got it. Shoot me an email at Free@VintageGamingMemories.com with where you'd like me to send my token of appreciation for guessing correctly. If you don't want anything, that's fine too 😉

@@SpamMusubi310 I got your email. Awesome Atari story! I was surprised with the crossover to the Amiga 500 being the 80s having Team Atari and Team Commodore, lol. Now it's like one big happy 8/16-bit family.
I'll be packing up something shortly and I'll send you the tracking via email. Thanks again!

@@VintageGamingMemories - Hi Chris! Sorry for the late posting of my comments. As I was saying in my email to you, I was a very big Atari fan. 2600 onto the 8-bit computers: 800, 1200xl, and finally an XE Game System. I had the 850 serial/parallel interface to control a Panasonic 8-bit dot matrix printer with Epson emulation. I couldn't afford an Epson printer as they were priced more than $100 over the Panasonic. I remember using Print Shop all of the time to make banners and thank-you-cards. The Antic and Analog magazines, plus the Coleco Quiz Wiz you sent in the care package was a big walk down memory lane. I got my first terminal program for the Atari 1030 direct connect modem on an included disk in one of the Antic issues.... I believe it was call the "Marsh" terminal written by a guy named Matt Arrington, who coincidentally lived in the same city as I did and ran his own homegrown BBS. As I was telling you earlier, I made the jump over to the Commodore Amiga 500 in high school rather than a jump to an Atari ST. I think it was because the local Software Etc. had a good Amiga section over the ST.. Anyhow, I could easily go on forever about my early days... I'd love to post some pictures here from your package, but I don't think UA-cam allows that. Thanks again Chris!

I have a set of Mattel Electronic keychain games. Football, Baseball and Basketball. Why have them? Probably because they were in the clearance bin for $2 a piece.

No brainer on that 🤪. At that price and considering the space it barely takes up, why not. I need to find those Mattel games now, lol. Thanks for watching and sharing what you have.

They don't have Red LEDs. They're red LCD dashes.

Close but I'm sorry to inform you that SpamMusubi310 guessed them all correctly. Thanks for trying!
