Hi I have just registered with Match a resident, I am an IMG applying for pediatrics, and MAR gave me 46 options. Do I need to explore further in residency explorer?.
I don't have step 3, can I still apply for H1B sponsoring programs?
    Kindly answwr

Hi there! Your Customized List is a complete listing of programs you're compatible with, so there's no need to explorer other lists - but of course you can do so if you'd like!
H1B sponsorship does require completion of Step 3.

Thanks for your video, can I use US IMG as filter for programs, I am IMG with green card but not us citizen yet.

If you are a GC holder then yes choose "IMG" under the Applicant Type dropdown and then under the Visa Policy choose "No". GC holders don't require any visas sponsorship that generates for you a list that is friendly for US IMGs.

Can an applicant with red flags just get an invite without knowing anyone in the program? I have always felt that the interview link could be from internal connections in the program, especially for people with red flags.

This is definitely possible! Red flags can often be overcome by strengthening the rest of your application as well as clearly explaining any red flags if necessary!

Is fellowship from Canada considered as USCE?

Hi! Yes, hands-on clinical experience in Canada is considered USCE.

If I don't have a US clinical experience will things be harder for me?

USCE is something many programs require or at least prefer. You can still apply and Match without it, but having USCE will strengthen your chances!
