I love to use a good mousse or foam to refresh a wash and go. Especially when I'm too lazy to wash my hair. I love the Texture ID foam to reset...it's so bomb!
I’ve found that I love mousse to refresh my wash n gos! I love the Rose Water Mousse by TGIN! It’s so bomb for my fine strands! I also love to refresh with The Doux Mousse as well. But when I refresh with The Doux I use a very small amount of water with it. I’ve been eyeing those cake products for awhile now. I’m going to pick this Mousse up that you suggested! It always makes my hair dry and crispy so I can’t do foam☹️ You should definitely give this mouse a try and let me know how it works for you! I prefer to use it on dry hair!!!

I also love the Cake Mousse but I've been hesitant to use it because it's so "fluffy" and I'm not sure how to apply it correctly. I've never used mousse before and I've only used it once so far. Definitely I create hold! Love that product! I was wondering, why do you wash again after 3/4 days? I have fine hair and feel like i have to do the same. But i see some woman on youtube having wash and go's that last them a full week.
Hi! I love I create hold!! And for me, my routine is to wash my hair every 3-4 days so I can keep my scalp clean. I workout a lot and I don’t need to wait a week to wash my hair! 🥰
@@melanie5289 Hi Melanie. Just a random great granny here, but I think I figured it out. I have HIGH porosity hair. My hair dries out quickly and I need to wash every 4 days to reset my moisture and hydration. I can't get around it. Those (and my friends) with LOW porosity hair, man! Their wash and styles last 7 days to 2 WEEKS! I'm not gonna lie, I'm a little jealous, but only because I'm lazy! LOL! :)
@@MaiaBrown Its a black woman owned UK based company. They have great products! They are expensive tho which kinda sucks 😂 but like Innersense they are highly concentrated so you don't need much.
Hi Maia, how did you use the Cake mousse? Did you use a leave-in conditioner underneath it and did you apply it to wet or damp hair? I'm literally about to do my wash day with it and I'm trying to figure out how to use it. Thanks!!!!!!

The way I use it is on damp to dry hair!🧡
I use it alone but you can also use it as a topper on top of your gel! 😃
