- The lightsaber standoff between The Acolyte and his former master Darth Revan in this self-made short film.
The latest Star Wars Series "The Acolyte" was mildly speaking despised by a great part of the Star Wars community so with "Shadows of Betrayal" this is my answer. Simply two supernatural sith consumed by the dark side of the force, fighting to the death. No woke shit or weird plot twists. Enjoy;)
It took me countless hours to edit, sound design, color grade and animate those lightsabers frame by frame but with this art piece I fulfilled my childhood dream of an epic sith fight.
I want to thank Emmanuel Denier, Christoph Wirz and Marius Schwitter for making this possible and everyone supporting this video.

wow
the sound design is perfection 🎧🗿
Great job! Good rotoscoping and audio. I just wish there was more choreography and content with the duel.😁
Nice choice on the armor, too. That one is one of my favourite sets from SWTOR!
Thank you so much, thats great feedback! Rotoscoping is horrible xD Next time I'm gonna shoot smth like this we definitely should do a choreo. Like this it looks cut together but that was the only option in post;)) The armor is insane, big shoutout to SWTOR!!
🔥
extremely underwhelming, such a big build up to a fight that looks like random cuts that make no sense and edgy tumblr font type. The props guy doing all the heavy lifting here
@@FellipeMendes-twt yeah a choreo would have been a good idea:)
Hey, thanks a lot for your feedback about wanting to see more of an engaging story and a good fight scene. This project actually started spontaneously as a simple film equipment test, so we didn’t have time for proper choreography. However, we really appreciate it when people show interest and want to see more. cheers
@@sounce_cosplay7410 that's pretty cool to know. Being honest the title and description of the video selling it as an epic fight and hyping it as "the answer to D+", felt misleading as a set up, because I was expecting way more when I saw that, but I get what you were really going for now. Thanks for replying, hope you can develop films with more story and action in the future, cheers.
