Serve with lemon sauce if desired. It is recommended to add black pigment such as bamboo charcoal powder to add depth to the color. If the jelly in the first and second layers hardens too much, it will split.
The jelly looks amazing! But what is truly captivating of my attention is the quality of this video. It is so well done. The artistic camera shots, the calming but uplifting music, even the attire does not distract from the main subject. It is highly professional, artistic and creative. I am very pleased with the entire production.

Probably the most beautiful looking cooking recipe video I've ever seen. The usage of natural white light shining through a clear glass saucepan is quite dazzling to look at, especially when there is a clear or colorful liquid being stirred inside. I honestly don't mind if the recipe is in another language, I can just enjoy watching what type of jelly dessert is being made and be perfectly fine.
This is ethereal. The sterile environment paired with the cool-toned, bright lighting reflecting off of the glassware and forming naturally beautiful patterns from the colored liquids onto the table. It all feels so clean, and pure. If the essence of 'calm' could be put into a visual form, it would be this video.
I absolutely love the pristine and sterile feeling of this video. It pairs so well with the end product as well with its beautiful rich blue coloration. The calming music is very nice as well. It all fits together so immaculately.
Watching this is almost like recalling a childhood dream from the very fringes of your mind. It hearkens back to your imagination as a kid.
