Journal with Me / Morning Pages With Wakako

Hi dear BK friends,
I know things have changed quite a bit... almost overnight. I am pretty certain that all of us have been affected in one way or another by the current situation... no matter where we live or what we do. During this shifting time, the BK team and I wanted to come up with many different ways to show analogue support to our special community. One of the creative projects we are working on is our "Journal With Me" video series. Before you start the video, please read the below description of "How To Use Journal With Me Video" from Eunice.
This specific "Journal With Me" video is from my morning journaling time. Working on the Morning Pages is my (almost) daily ritual and having this quiet moment before my family wakes up to reflect on what's in my mind has been comforting and soul fueling. I hope you will be able to use this video as a gentle companion in your background as you work through your Morning Pages.
