- So I have been having a clutch side engine noise around the impeller location. I found several things wrong with the clutch basket and Idle Gear Bushing.
All the work I do is for entertainment purposes. Make sure you always refer to the service manual for which the way I do things may not be the proper way. If you choose to duplicate what I do, you are doing it at your own risk.

I have same wheels on my 700r. Very nice treads, hook good, slide good. Yeah the worn out basket bushings can make that noise too b.c. the basket chatters back and forth. The idler gear usually makes more of a steady loud whirring noise. But if basket was chattering bad, the idler would be chattering bad too. Bet the basket is what wiped out your idler. Good thing u did it all at once tho. I'm curious to see how them tires r on a 2 stroke lol. But yeah after seeing those hubs off, they r zilla hubs. I didn't see the 5 lug last time. Go back and watch sabos zilla vid, skip to when he swaps out the rear wheels and hubs. Blaster hubs look the same but their 4 lug. And dude....18 lbs in rotational mass!!! Ull notice a big difference up in 4th 5th and 6th. She'll top out quicker, snappier doen low too. Gonna be a much better ride all around
are thoes adjustable pipes?
@@One_More_Summer_Garage Yes, I believe they were LRD expansion pipes. Ran pretty good, just known for leaking.

Looked like 5-lug Quadracer hubs taken off, maybe???
